Yeah one report of fake election statistics turns this depression around with real unemployment at 20%. NOT.

Democrats have destroyed the U.S. economy. The U.S. will never recover. Reagan's deregulation and tax decreases were creating 5 million private sector jobs per year. You think this report means that? You really believe those times will ever be back? think again. Democrats have imposed 80,000 pages of government regulations on businesses. Try to start a new business in that, you democrat.

I’ve given up hope that big businesses will *ever* hire workers again. They are sitting on huge piles of cash, more liquidity than they’ve ever had, and they can borrow more at rates close to nothing. Then they can m,ake more money trading it in derivatives and tranches than they could if they actually *did* anything with their core business. They have no need for their businesses anymore - all they need are their money managers.

They don’t need people for manufacturing. Because of outsourcing and NAFTA, it’s far cheaper to manufacture in countries where the labor rate is $.10 per hour, where child labor is legal, and where prisoners (especially “political prisoners”) are hired out by the State and receive nothing of their earnings. (Think China.)

They don’t need us for “customer service,” or most IT tasks, either. Those, too, can be outsourced to the great “farms” in India.

Produce is grown in Mexico or on farms where illegal immigrants are paid less than minimum. Trucking on taxpayer-supported highways, by diesel-powered trucks from taxpayer-subsidized oil companies or taxpayer-subsidized rail, means that it’s cheaper to grow lettuce 3000 miles away and ship it, then it is to grow it in the next county and ship it.

They don’t need *us*. But we still need to live. The only way to make money is to start your own business. We’re going to have to develop services and goods that do not really on Big Businesses.

The problem is that so much of the system that we need - and that used to be independent forty years ago - has been destroyed by buy-ups from huge corporations. We don’t have any independent hardware stores anymore - you have to get all your materials ay a Home Depot, for instance. Same with computer parts, for our business - but that industry is *completely* Chinese/Indian, except for on-site repair and care (like us). But they’re trying to find a way to get rid of that, too.

Face it: it’s gotten beyond anything that a simple change in administration could do. How would a McCain administration have handled this employment collapse?
