What's wrong with the following picture?
A decorated Army flight surgeon, after 18 years of service including year-long tours in Honduras, Bosnia and Afghanistan, now risks his career and faces almost certain court-martial and imprisonment.
Lt. Col. Terrence Lakin claims there's a serious conflict between adhering to his military oath and obeying deployment orders coming down the existing chain of command with Barack Obama at the top – since the president's constitutional eligibility to be commander in chief has never been documented.
Although some scoff, Lakin is acting "exactly" as "proper training dictates," confirms retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Thomas G. McInerney, a Fox News military analyst who served as vice commander in chief of USAF forces in Europe. Likewise, the former chief justice of the Alabama Supreme Court, Roy Moore, agrees Lakin "has every right to question the lawfulness of the orders of the commander in chief."
Moreover, just like Lakin, 3 out of 5 Americans – 58 percent according to a recent CNN poll and 61 percent according to a "60 Minutes/Vanity Fair" poll – are not convinced Barack Obama was born in Hawaii as he has long claimed. The Constitution requires in Article 2 Section 1 that every president be a "natural born citizen."
So, now this veteran Army doctor, who would much rather continue serving his country than go to prison, is respectfully telling the military tribunal judging him that he needs for Obama or his representatives to prove that the president is occupying his office constitutionally.
In simple terms, Col. Lakin wants to see Obama's birth certificate.
Not the computer-generated summary document that almost everyone in the media mindlessly and ignorantly refers to as "Obama's birth certificate,"

we should not have to be convinced, but there should by this time be solid evidence, Birth Certificate been made available to verify his eligibility or none of us should ever have to prove who we are for anything.
He, Barak Hussein Obama is NOT above the law and by congress certifying this election of 08 without proper certification, is illegal and criminal.

Up til now he has been above the law. There are many complicit in this deception and it's not just about his birth certificate, but every record this man has that are kept under lock and key to verify anything and everything about this man's life other than his biography that was supposedly ghost written by someone else.
That he has not simply produced his legal certificate of live birth to dispel all conjecture this issue and resolve the issue once and for all adds fuel to the fire that this president has an identity problem in more ways than one. Additionally trust in the federal court system is at issue here too.
Medved yesterday again on his radio program slammed those that do not believe Obama is a U.S. citizen.

Right on. “WHERE’S THE BIRTH CERTIFICATE”? I hope that this case will either be resolved by Obummer showing a birth certificate (never happen, coz’ he can’t), or be bogged down in appeals courts until Obummer is removed and Lakin is proved right. My new mantra is, “LTCOL T. LAKIN FOR PRESIDENT”. (Never happen, either, but men of his caliber are needed in government desperately.)
I believe Medved is a super RINO. Anyone who worked for Ron “Commie Red” Dellums has to have a screw loose.

so, we have an illegal alien in the white house. Paging Mrs Allred? Where are you, oh, yea, you only go after conservative candidates.
I served for years as an Immigration Inspector (third generation INS officer - Dad & Grandfather were Border Patrol officers, and dad retired as a criminal investigator with the INS). In my trained view, our current president does not present enough evidence to back his claim of citizenship. Were I still working on the line, I would refuse him admission to our country.
If he gave you a certified copy of his birth certificate and his passport, and if the Governor of Hawaii said he was a citizen, you would refuse him?
This is a red herring. A straw man. Etc. He was very possibly was born in Hawaii. I do not question where he was born. I don't care. I do, however, question his citizenship and have serious questions about his eligibility to serve in the office to which he was elected.
IMHO he has a valid, official, approved birth certificate issued by the State of Hawaii. But he has fought so hard to keep it out of the public view because it shows both his parent were not American citizens, or for some other reason it shows he is not a ‘natural born’ citizen as required by that pesky old, yellowing document, the Constitution.
The ‘not born in Hawaii’ thing is just to confuse the issue. That's NOT the question, but if he can keep people tied up chasing that will-o-the-wisp then he's free to continue his charade.
One thing that jumps out at me is:
Why would someone named Barak (as Sr.’s name is spelled in all entries I’ve seen and he signed it that way on an article he wrote) choose to name his son Barack, II? Why would he spell his child’s name differently than his own if he were going to add the II?
Most likely because Obama Sr. had nothing to do with the child beyond conception and maybe not even that.
Stanley Ann Dunham and BHO Sr. never lived together in public as man and wife - ever. There is no record of them sharing an address, no co-signed documents (except the divorce document) - nothing of substance.
And BHO II first verifiable address was not in Hawaii. But in Washington State. Stanley Ann Dunham and BHO II lived in Washington State from September 1961 through Summer of 1962. That is well documented. They did not move to Hawaii until BHO Sr. was gone.
Grandma probably misspelled his name when she filed the paperwork in Hawaii in August of 1961.
I like Medved, but if he is convinced that Obama is a natural born citizen, instead of whining, he should hand over the evidence. The trouble for Medved is, there is no such evidence! I suppose whining puts him one notch above O’Reilly, who did pony up his evidence — the birth announcement published in a Honolulu paper. O’Reilly proved himself part of the formal coverup and that even idiots can get a degree from Harvard with that argument.
He cant because it disqualifies him.
My personal opinion, a few people need to hang for treason.
