MTV Networks is planning to host a live town hall with President Obama October 14, an executive familiar with the program confirms to TVNewser.
The town hall, which was first reported this morning by Politicos Playbook, will be held Thursday October 14 at 4 PM, and will run on MTV, BET, CMT, MTV Tr3s and other MTV Networks. The executive also said the event would be streamed live online via the networks websites.
Politico reports that MTVs Sway Calloway, CMTs Kate Cook and BETs April Woodard will host the town hall, which will have an audience comprised of young people.
On target rino Arnold signed a bill that it’s only a$100.00 fine if your busted with a ounce or less,no record not a crime.wonder how high the death reat will be over the next year for u’ts?.
Desperation is truly setting in. If the Dems are trying to rely on the youth vote in getting to the polls during mid-term elections, they are truly reaching.
"I want my MTV" and Sledgehammer. Those were the days.
Jimmy Carter had his picture taken with Dwayne Allman and I saw it in the college paper, front page. I voted for him! It's funny what real knowledge and experience does for voters. Change the age to 21 at least!
The MTV bureau of the state media will shill for the Lier-In-Chief to help with one of his prime demographics - those attending the Marxist indoctrination mills known as colleges.
“Barry? Do you prefer diapers or panties?”
I’ve seen other stories which say that this little gab-fest will be commercial free. I trust, then, that it will go down as a substantial contribution by Viacom, the owner of miscreat networks, to the Democratic Party.

I’ll watch it if Beavis and Butthead are behind Obama miming him.
Does anyone even watch MTV anymore? I can’t even tell you what channel it’s on.
Sad—used to be that MTV was the channel that we had on “in the background” at parties and when there wasn’t anything else interesting on. (Now it’s Fox News or the Discovery Channel showing “How It’s Made” marathons.)
I want my old MTV! :-)
Probably.
But I know a of a LOT of people out here who will be voting for the first time specifically for 19.
I been collecting my favorite music videos from 1981-1984, the golden years, just happened to be the early Reagan years too and the early MTV years.
One of those Christian right media watchdog groups, like Donald Wildman's, was complaining about that early MTV back then. Ironic since you would have to go to CBN today to see anything as wholesome and American on cable TV as VJ Martha Quinn on MTV was back in those days.
No-one could have imagined the MTV of today in those days, or Nickelodeon ; now brainwashing teen and young adults minds with (liberal) socialist and morally decedent values. It is downright sickening. I have digital cable so my cable box is programmed to skip over MTV. (Still watch Classic one music sometimes. )

Yep, their announcement yesterday of getting the Roots to stage a concert to "warm up the crowd" shows a return to the celebrity campaign of 2008.
What next? Campaigning in Germany again? His voters there miss him!
Oh, this should be good.
The idiots leading the idiots.
You may have them blocked but your monthly bill is still going to Viacommie through SeeBS, LOGO (the gay network), Spike, Nick, Nick Jr., Comedy Central, MTV, VH1, BET, TV-Land, et al.
Yeah right, it'll be another corrupt collusion between the media and the DNC just as that full page "discounted" NYTimes ad was.
"MTV Get off the Air" is track 8 of the 1985 Dead Kennedys album Frankenchrist. In his lyrics, Jello Biafra admonishes MTV for what he feels is its attempt at forced conformity under the guise of being cutting-edge. The song begins with a pep rally style cheer encouraging the listener to sit on their sofa, smoke cannabis, and drink beer. The sound of a television being turned on is heard, and Biafra begins to impersonate a veejay, and tells the viewer he is there "to destroy what's left of your imagination by feeding you endless doses of sugar-coated mindless garbage".
Later on, Biafra claims that "tin-eared graph-paper brained accountants instead of music fans call all the shots at giant record companies now". He ends the song with the mantra "M.T.V.- Get off the air! NOW!"
