I sincerely hope that those people on the business end of the firearm seek full prosecution against this murderer.
Call your local newspaper and radio station news desks and asks them if they have run this story. Ask the whether they get a feed from LifeNews. Ask them what wire services they do get feeds from, and if any of these carried this story.
I’m all for carrying of firearms for self-protection, even by those with whom I disagree. However, responsible gun owners NEVER brandish or threaten those who are going about their days.
Meanwhile, this leftist doctor of death decides to not only brandish but point his weapon at praying people. Wow! That’s not only dangerous but colossally stupid! If I was in that crowd and caught him pointing a gun at me or my group, he should expect a firefight.
‘Brandishing’ a gun is illegal most everywhere I suspect. You can’t do it in Ohio for sure.
Brandishing a firearm is a crime. This guy is in deep doo-doo and will face sanctions (i.e. fine, jail or loss of CC permit.)
If and only if law enforcement does its job. I really hope someone took a video of this crime taking place.
If you read the article he also made a threat to put a bullet in a young woman’s head. He is also going to get other charges such as assault on top of the gun infractions. This turkey Boyd is toast!
The eyewitnesses that were there are enough to send him to jail.
This is why political rallies/protests are not a place to bring kids - too many nutjobs from the opposite side who might be willing to use violence.
Plus, kids should be kids. I don’t want mine being political at an early age and learning just how crappy the world really can be.
I don’t know if there were kids here or not, but there were many children here at an anti-abortion rally in Boulder County yesterday.
In most states it is called brandishing and is indeed a crime.
According to link below, this Boyd operates a late term abortion ‘clinic’ in Albuquerque and is a Texas abortionist.
NM, TX, TN? and SC that we know of. No wonder he’s threatening protesters, it sounds like he’s got a quite string of profit centers to ‘protect’.

Like, you're right, man ... peace out ...
They’d better bring the case in front of a pro-life judge if they expect to be successful.
Brandishing a weapon is a felony. It is also considered a threat you can respond to with reasonable force (and in this case it could be reasonable to assume he means to shoot you, so armed response to defend yourself could be justified).
No legally aware, smart gun owner would ever do this and risk losing their 2A rights. You are either pulling it out to defend yourself or putting it away (not pointed at anyone).
Assault in SC does include placing another in apprehension of harm, which pointing a gun at someone who is peaceful and unarmed surely achieves. State v. Sims, 34 S.C.L. (3 Strob.) 137 (1848); In re McGee, 278 S.C. 506, 299 S.E.2d 334, 334-335 (1983); LaFave and Scott, Criminal Law § 82 (1972).
This guy used a deadly weapon to commit that assault. Thus we may have a nice case of felonious assault with a deadly weapon, and possibly aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Plus SC apparently piles on the penalties of that weapon had been concealed. A good prosecutor should be able to send him up the river.
If he is prosecuted under felony charges he’ll lose is medical license so he may just have shut himself down.
Brandishing is showing your firearm to say “hey I got a gun and you better fear me”.
Pointing your firearm at someone would probably qualify as assault.
In many states, including Pennsylvania, it is not. Frankly, I'm glad it's not - because in the rare circumstance you may need to brandish a firearm, an overzealous prosecutor can pile on charges if he wishes.
Assault and terroristic threats, however, are crimes in Pennsylvania, and that's exactly what this circumstance is.

Verbally making threats while brandishing a firearm is a serious assault charge.
