President Barack Obama is letting down his troops and seems not to have the commitment and 'X-factor' to win the war in Afghanistan, Bob Woodward has told The Daily Telegraph.
This strong opinion is all the more stinging because it comes not from the US Presidents usual vociferous critics but Bob Woodward, the legendary Watergate journalist who is normally scrupulous at keeping his views to himself.
I believe in neutral inquiry, he tells The Daily Telegraph in an interview. That is the core job of the journalist.

Or a Y chromosome.
Wouldn’t that be the Y-factor?
Obama doesn't want to be president anymore, wartime or not. He tried to dance with he ones that brung him to the dance and found out that even they want nothing but to stomp on his toes.
Obama is clearly worn out.
Waaa...It's too hard.
He doesn’t have the ‘X’ factor? Well, let’s give him one.
X President Obama. There, now everyone is happy.
“Obama is clearly worn out.”
Yeah, you would think that Barry would be reinvigorated after the four month luxury vacation, but the past month he just keeps popping up in the backyards of complacent, zombie-like suburban white people and gives them rambling, incoherent pep talks in a desperate attempt to prove that he can speak without a teleprompter. The guy just went into the wrong line of work, but doesn’t know how to jump ship. Would be best for everyone if he could muster the courage to resign and take on a new job as a host on the Home Shopping Network.

“Legendary” only to fellow Commies, fans of his one-sided. LeftJournalism.
The propagandist Woodward only “keeps his views to himself” (this article appears to be a rare exception), when they might hurt the left wing cause. He will gab like a gossipy teenager on meth if he can damage a conservative or Republican.
He's just confused. He doesn't understand why he isn't getting the same unquestioning love and adulation that he came to expect from the MSM when he was running for president.
Yet a private citizen, former Governor Sarah Palin, has it in spades!!
Obama’s campaign really was to mock Bush and claim Obama would run a more effective, hard working administration.
Dedpicable that he is a lazy hands off phoney.
Obama came from a group of malcontent outsiders. Not good conditioning for governance.
Anyone who looked at his record as a senator where he often voted present or was absent could have guessed how he would handle being President.
The best possible thing he could do for his party is to announce he is not running in 2012 due to "health concerns".
But that will never happen.
Excellent!

What a liar.
Good point. Reagan had to wait for America to realize it’s failure in electing Carter. Just as we have to wait for Obama to be replaced.
