NASHUA, N.H. (AP) If John McCain hadn't made it clear before, he's leaving no doubt that the presidency is a dream gone by.
Addressing a veterans rally for a Republican Senate candidate in Nashua on Saturday, the Arizona senator was reminiscing about his presidential campaigns in New Hampshire, where he won the Republican primaries in 2000 and 2008.

That two-headed snake says it all.
Why in the world would anyone believe McCain about this or anything else?
“He promised, though, that he will do everything in his power to make sure New Hampshire maintains its first-in-the-nation presidential primary status.”
Why? So some other Senate hack can spend his entire job campaigning there instead of doing his job, like McCain did?
He didn’t earn the most absent senator title by accident...yes, even worse than Hillary or Obama.
Still, the fault is the American people, so uninformed, who merely ratify some combination of IA, NH, and SC.
I have you to know that the people of AZ do believe in McPain, but I don’t think NH voted for him in the general election, did it? NH is like that snake photo someone is circulating.
I love Steve Forbes...he seems like a nice, honest man. I’d be disappointed to learn otherwise.
I would trust him to make economic decisions.
