What this ultimately means is that while the House becomes more Republican, the Senate becomes more entrenched Democrat because only the House changes with the shifting populace. The shrinking blue states just become a deeper blue.

“New York, which will have lost sixteen electoral votes since 1960, and Massachusetts, which will have gone from fourteen to nine seats in those five decades, must be considered failed experiments....”

The biggest mistake George Washington made after defeating the British was not burning NYC to the ground. All the whores in New York City flipped their skirts up to every enemy Redcoat walking past and it hasn’t stopped for more than two centuries. New York is seditionist city.

Any patriots in NYC are rare exceptions to the overwhelming enemy rule.

“Didn’t you get the memo”

True Blue is the color of Patriots.
Let this be the Conservative’s October surprise.
From some of us FReepers comes this directive/suggestion.
We’ve already seen the “logic” of this notion and had mucho discussions on the subject.

Swap the color association that the commieCrats and their LameStreamMedia suckered everyone into accepting some years ago.

Red = commies, every one knows that.
Blue = true blue American patriots, every one knows that.

Just start using the switcheroo, no explanation but do include the punchline “Didn’t you get the memo ?!
It is our right to do to the marxists what they have been doing to us for these many years,
Revenge is sweet when it is “clean and neat”.

The problem with these carpetbagging Yankee assholes is they flee the states their crap policies have destroyed, and then bring the same crap with them here.

I’m sorry ... did that sound harsh?

Hopefully it’s the few ‘reds’ that are fed up living with low-life ‘blues’.

I don't like the whole "Blue State" is supposed to be Democrat and "Red State" is supposed to be Republican nomenclature.

It is confusing, and deceiving. Up until Presidential elections just a few years ago, Red State was Dem and Blue was Republican. I remember watching all the TV shows during Reagan's two victories and George H. Bush's win over Dukakis, and that is the way it was.

The MSM switched it around, because they didn't like the RED = COMMUNIST = DEMOCRAT association. They have been doing this since 2000 - prior to that it was reversed.

"This unofficial system of political colors used in the United States is the reverse of that in most other long-established democracies, where blue represents right-wing and conservative parties, while red represents left-wing and social democrat parties."

So, what the MSM did was deliberate.

To this day, when I hear Blue State, I think Republican.

I refuse to give in to the MSM's delusion, and I call Blue States as Republican.
