Rahmbo's End

Exits: Having helped bring the Chicago Way to Washington, the White House chief of staff leaves a crisis he helped create to bring the nanny state to the heartland.

On the surface, Rahm Emanuel is leaving to fulfill a personal ambition — to be mayor of Chicago. In reality, he's jumping a sinking ship, and the credentials he brings to a mayoral race in the Windy City may also be his political albatross. He heads for the self-described "city that works" leaving behind a country that doesn't.

Emanuel is famous for saying what has become the mantra of the Obama administration: "You never want a serious crisis to go to waste — and what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things that you didn't think you could do before."

He and his boss would not let the economic crisis generated by government meddling in the housing market through the Community Reinvestment Act and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac go to waste. After our ship of state began taking water, Rahm helped Obama drill a hole in the other end of the boat to let the water out.

Rahm's accomplishments in the White House include steering passage of the failed trillion-dollar stimulus package that has saved or created no jobs and a health care overhaul that will raise medical costs while leading to de facto health care rationing. He leaves an administration responsible for an economy foundering in unsustainable debt and an unemployment rate near double digits.

It’s now going to be up to the people of Chicago to see through this scum sucking liberal, and take him off the stage to rot all by himself, along with his dead fish!

He is fairly well exposed. Hugely foul mouth, very combative, never conciliatory, his way or highway (or sleeps with the fishes). He is a parody of the Chicago thug stereotype BUT he never had to pay any dues (much like his padrone Obama). Hopefully, some one in the 2nd City will show him the way out of his misery. He is a chump punk and I know there are better people in Chicago to lead that great city forward.

Rahm has read the Tea Leaves...he is getting out while the getting is good. He knows if he stays with Obozo, he will wind up in prison; where they both belong.

If Mel Brooks had ever made a gangster movie, Rahm Emmanuel would have been the main character.

The wrong Emanuel left the administration.

The evil doctor should have gone.

“Rahmbo’s End”

Why doesn’t he take his millions and go to Cuba so that
Mr. Castro can confiscate them in order to re-distribute them?

IMHO

Blago might help with that job.
I suspect he is leaving the WH before a storm of some kind.
Being of limited knowledge about him, I think Blago but who knows? Could be some juicy stuff coming up soon.

It is good he is leaving. The media seems as if they are crying and emotional about him leaving. Many of us are tired of hearing about it. Why can’t real news be properly reported? This is not real news. This is old news.

I clicked on the thread with a bit a trepidation, afraid of what I might encounter.

Yes but are the people of Chicago of the mind to toss out the likes of Rahmbo? After all rotten fish swim in a rotten sea.

And mincing off into the sunset goes the most foul-muthed individual ever to work in the Oval Office.
