It’s pretty clear that the government is not going to do anything to put this right. Who will?
How about National Shut the &^%$ Up and Keep It In Your Pants and Out of My Face Before I Cut It Off Day?
Next time someone asks what harm gay marriage will do, show them this. And tell them to google Scott Brockie.
How is it that dangerous behaviors like smoking are discouraged through national ad campaigns... and dangerous behavior like same sex sex is encouraged by our government?
Lifespan of gay men 24 years shorter:
Smoker is only 18 years shorter:

Why can’t they find another place to make their cupcakes?
ANY BUSINESS DOES NOT SUPPORT AN ACTIVITY, such as homosexual stuff ( homosexuality is not a 'race' ) should NEVER BE FORCED to do so. Making those goodies is a way of showing support. Not taking the order is a way to hurt this business because there will be no positive word of mouth activity for that business-so it can be seen as a sacrifice for principles.
I like that.
If a bunch of animal abusers wanted to place an order and the owner refused no one would complain.
Shame of the weak mayor.
If anyone thinks it can’t happen, they need to consider the case of a small photography studio in Albuquerque that refused to shoot a “committment ceremony” for a lesbian couple. They were fined by state Civil Rights Commission: http://www.adfmedia.org/News/PRDetail/3595

It’s a privately owned business. No different than a Christian not making cupcakes with a devil sign. If I was there, I would order from that business for having the guts to stand up for their own morality. Just a thought
What asshole goes to “Just cookies” and asks for Cupcakes?
I suppose we have a right to sue Kentucky Fried Chicken if they refuse to take my order for Burgers with the @#$ flag stuck in it?
How about Swastika cupcakes? Can they turn them down?
Shoot, the old emblem would fit perfectly on a nice round cupcake.
Wait. So there is only 1 baker in Indianapolis?
Can we get contact info for Mayor Ballard and city officials please?
Wasn’t a Christian photographer found criminally guilty for refusing to shoot a gay wedding?
>> The Lavender Mafia will not be happy until the business is closed and burned to the ground, the parents jailed, and the daughters placed in foster care with lesbians...
Freaks.
Since I live in Indianapolis, I just blasted off an angry e-mail to ‘mayor’ Ballard.
Probably get the police at my door but I don’t care, I’m mad as h***.
Free nations do not dictate to any business what products they may provide, how they provide them, when they provide them, or to WHO they choose to provide them. TOTALITARIAN REGIMES DO! And that’s what I blasted to Ballard.
God help us rid this nation of totalitarian elitists! REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER!!!!!!!!
I just got back from this place. “Just Cookies” is located in the Indianapolis City Market. I lead a public Bible study group in the city market every Wed over lunch hour. (http://citymarketbiblestudy.blogspot.com/) A lot of the vendors in the market are Christian and support “Just Cookies” big time in this controversy. Actually, their business has gone up and people are coming in from all over the state to buy cookies and give them moral support.

What about those signs I've seen in businesses that went something like this:
"We have the right to refuse service to anyone"?
Under the 0thugga/commie/pervert tyranny, this slogan is fast becoming reality:
Whatever Is Not Prohibited Is Mandatory.
Time to stock up on torches and pitchforks!
Seems the business owners reserve the right to turn down any order(s) they see fit. If they didn’t have the supplies, then that should be the end of it.
Turning down business is stupid. It’s just not criminal. (At least it isn’t in Texas...yet.)
Special orders $100/dozen minimum order 100 dozen paid in advance.
