How about Swastika cupcakes? Can they turn them down?

Shoot, the old emblem would fit perfectly on a nice round cupcake.

Or “KKK” cupcakes? Cupcakes with a figure being lynched?

What about the smiley face with the Hitler mustache?

Cupcakes with Mohammed’s face on them?

Every business needs to have a sign saying they reserve the right not to sell/provide service to anyone, for any reason. Because they do. Both parties haveto be willing participants if a contract is to be entered into lawfully and freely.

If these public accomadation laws were equally applied, we’d see nightmares like a gay tattoo artist being forced to ink “Leviticus 18:22” or “Fred Phelps rules” onto somebody, or a Jew being forced (as you mentioned) to make swastika cupcakes.

Case in point:

Remember the story about the parents who named their little boy Adolf Hitler, and they complained to the press that a supermarket refused to put his name on his birthday cake?

My first thought when I read about the rainbow cupcakes was: I wonder if the Officials from Indianapolis would be going after a supermarket for refusing to bake a cake for Adolf Hitler.
