On Wednesday’s Joy Behar Show on HLN, when a panel discussion turned to the subject of Delaware Republican Senate nominee Christine O’Donnell, panel member Judge Karen Mills-Francis of the Judge Karen’s Court show described O’Donnell as having been a "whore" as she listed some of the Senate candidate's past and recent problems.
Mills-Francis: "She’s a real train wreck, and the reason why she said that is, I mean, have you looked at this woman’s resume? She was a whore by her own admission. She was an alcoholic. She owed her college $5,000 for 10 years – they had to sue her. The IRS levied an $11,000 tax lien against her. I mean, do I need to go on?"
Apparently impressed by her rant, host Behar responded, "Keep going."

But in our political discourse since 2000, malice has become ubiquitous. George W. Bush's critics endlessly compared him to Adolf Hitler. Radio host Glenn Beck mused on-air about "killing [filmmaker] Michael Moore." Sandra Bernhard ranted that Sarah Palin was a "whore" to be "gang-raped." Televangelist Pat Robertson called for the assassination of Hugo Chavez. University of Colorado Professor Ward Churchill characterized the 9/11 victims who died at the World Trade Center as guilty "little Eichmanns." From Michael Savage on MSNBC urging a gay caller to "get AIDS and die, you pig," to the banner at a San Francisco peace march proclaiming "We support our troops when they shoot their officers," there seems to be no limit to the venom and coarseness that mark contemporary political culture.

Calling O'Donnell a 'whore' ? What's wrong with these people ? The last decade was ugly in this field. Nothing has changed. Sad.
Maybe I'm too naive but I think this is (probably) why I miss the 80's. The MSM was not so vulgar.
If she were a democrat, these would all be resume enhancers.

Ya know, most of us were not always upstanding Christian conservatives our entire lives. I for one lead a life throughout my 20’s and early to mid 30’s that would have made Jerry Springer blush.

If you’re ever channel surfing, stop by Joy Behar’s show. Her guest list is regularly comprised of whores. As far as Behar is concerned, she’s a total liberal, and you can’t reason with her.
Why don’t the media dig into THE 1’s past with as much vigor. I’m sure they could turn up some rather interesting things.......if they realy put in the effort. Go after the long form birth certificate matter. That would be a real prize for some enterprising investigative reporter, if there are any around.
She could be a saint and the typical View watcher wouldn’t vote for her. Preaching to the choir changes nothing, which is why O’Donnell should ignore it and concentrate on swaying Delaware voters.
Well, the only real charge that I see there is that she had trouble repaying her education loan. Not an uncommon problem I would venture to guess. And hardly a reason for those two whores to call her a whore.
