Michelle Malkin on Karl Rove's Reaction to O'Donnell's Primary Win
Lou Dobbs's Radio Show ^ | Lou Dobbs

Posted on 09/23/2010 12:40:28 AM PDT by T.L.Sink

Interviewed by Lou Dobbs, Michelle Malkin rips the mask of conservatism from Karl Rove. She calls him a RINO and the one who encouraged Bush's weakness on border security and his huge prescription drug entitlement. Now, with mid-term elections close and the Republicans heavily favored to take back Congress, Rove has decided to commit what she calls "bloody RINO suicide."

Rove has proved he's an enemy of conservatism by castigating O'Donnell on Fox AFTER her primary victory and the Republicans had made their decision. His laundry list of criticisms have supplied the liberals with ammunition that should be good for scores of video campaign ads. He may not agree with O'Donnell's positions but after the electorate had spoken these differences should have been kept to himself. He's proven himself to be the Democrat's best friend - a RINO who will sabotage the election of a conservative.

Rove needs to go over to Keith Olbermann and get off FoxNews.

Absolutely! He’s the main reason Bush lost so much of the base by encouraging the worst tendencies - reckless spending, open borders, entitlements, etc. Right now the Dems are still bashing Bush a year and a half after he left office because of Rove’s big government legacy.

I couldn’t believe Rove’s comments. He even hosted Rush’s show a few weeks ago and did a great job, and the Lefties like Olberman and Mathews tore into him. Now Rove shows his true colors and the left loves him.

I gotta say though, he hid his RINO-ism pretty well. He’s now toast and he and rest of the RINOs are running scared. I love it.

Go screw yourself Carl. You lost all the respect you had - good riddance to another fakir. And we are going to find more like you and put you down.

At least she is drawing fire. The MSM and Democrats love RINOS like Rove. To me he is now dirt. It will take a few years to rid us of these types but it will come because too many people are becoming aware of what they are up to.

Rove can be a good spoksman for the conservative ideas he LIKES. I suspect that when he filled in for Rush he knew what he was expected to say and he said it. Even a stopped clock is right twice a day.

That’s right. I expect him to soon appear as a guest on MSNBC! IMHO, Rove’s remarks this close to an election can be called a “September Surprise!”

Just so everyone knows, Rove regularly lurks on FR. He is likely reading what you are writing about him.

Right, but what burns my hide is that candidates like O’Donnell will suffer. When he was Bush’s advisor he would have cursed and damned any Republican who did what he did when he did. I think now that he’s out of politics and sees himself as a high and mighty pontificator he’s showing his true colors.

I hope he reads this:

Karl, you constantly point out that after winning their elections people like Rubio and Miller were up in the polls. Were slandering them the next day on every show you could get on? I’m sure you hurt O’Donnell’s poll numbers by being the democrats’ attack dog. As far as I’m concerned there’s nothing you can do to redeem yourself. And if she loses, it’s your fault.
