Absolutely! He’s the main reason Bush lost so much of the base by encouraging the worst tendencies - reckless spending, open borders, entitlements, etc. Right now the Dems are still bashing Bush a year and a half after he left office because of Rove’s big government legacy.
I think the more we talk about Rove in this regard, the more it hurts Christine.
The real villain here is Castle. He can make everything right again by endorsing and campaigning for her....as have other republicans whom he has beaten.
