"We will agree to disagree on those issues," Ryan said Monday on CNBC. "But let's rally around the tallest pole in our tent: fiscal conservatism, economic liberty."

Sell our souls for riches?

The field is narrowing.

Not that Ryan was a choice to realistic voters, but many of the Misogynyist class were spewing his name.

The Democrat Party is contradictory and hypocritical on virtually ever issue precisely, IMO, because their most passionately held and vociferously defended issue involves having made a deal with the Devil over the value of the lives of human beings while conversely claiming to be "for the little guy".

When you start building on an unsound foundation, no matter how big and intricate the building, it cannot stand the test of time and/or storm.

Why would the alternative party wish to move further in the same direction?

That they are willing to compromise shows they are not as committed.

to call for a “truce” on social issues.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Answer: NO! HELL NO!

1) Abortion: An unalienable right from our Creator is LIFE! If life is denied there is no opportunity for liberty or pursuit of happiness.

2) Homosexual marriage: Also...The push for gay marriage is merely a wedge to silence and discriminate against and oppress Christians in the workplace, schooling, and all other social venues.

If Paul Ryan can’t understand that then he is a flaming idiot!

Dear Paul:

Morality is measured mainly by TWO things: ethics in business, which you are for, and ethics in sexuality: which you seem to have problems with.

The trouble is that these things are NOT separable, because at the core of business ethics is respect for contract and honesty.

Marital infidelity breaches both. The products of infidelity are the fruit of a poison tree, we bring them into our world with too heavy a burden forever attached onto them. Abortions and birth control are no real cure — for abortions are like murder, and leave an indelible mark on the persona and blight on souls of the parents. Birth control? Well that is lesser a direct mark, but it induces an attitude of callousness and selfishness — the hallmark of Sodom.

Abortions create a great despair of constant victimhood in a culture, birth control allows selfishness, combined with infidelity: no culture can survive these very long.

And look! Just as our culture tolerated and then celebrated sexually libertine amorality, so too did our books go bad. That’s right! The two morally-based areas: sex and business — are inseparably joined.

I mean, come on. We have opposition that isn’t quiting and in fact is doubling down every time you turn around. Look at California where the liberals are thwarting the people’s decision to ban gay marriage.

The opposition is not stopping, how possibly can those in favor of traditional rights? I say this as a person who ranks fiscal issues and defense issues as top priorities, but I recognize the constitutionality issues in in front of us on social values.

Doesn’t realize that the Senate Democrats are forcing votes TOMORROW on the following moral issues:

Don’t ask, don’t tell - homosexual rights
Government funding of abortions in military hospitals
illegal alien amnesty - DREAM act

Tough Choice NOooooooo. There are issues that can not be compromised.Being Pro-life is one of them. We are creatures deciding who live and who dies is not one of our inalienable rights! That is especially for innocents.
