It’s just that in my experience, most of these ‘diversity’ courses are designed to elevate the status of minorities far beyond ‘equal’ and diminish......and bludgeon into submission and silence........any members of ‘majority’ groups so that they will be terrified of minorities.
They are typically about empowering minorities and disemboweling others.....at least that’s what I’ve seen.

Only if that minority is willing to pledge allegiance to liberalism, or is fantasized oddly enough, by liberals themselves (Islam).
There are plenty of what are technically “minorities” whom liberals abhor because they don’t have a vast membership subscribing to their liberal beliefs. In the case of others, they give them a free pass.
