In the most anticipated speech at today's Values Voter Summit in Washington, Delaware's new GOP Senate nominee Christine O'Donnell ignited the Omni Shoreham ballroom with a tangible buzz. She strode onto the stage to Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'," with orange spotlights sweeping the room. (None of the other afternoon speakers got a light show.) The packed crowd gave her an enthusiastic standing ovation, continuing to applaud long after she took the podium.

Correct. She doesn’t need to be elevated, but the focus should be on Koons. I almost hope Rove clarifies his remark: “She would have been unelectable if her opponent weren’t so lame. Thinking it over during the weekend, I realized that Coons is pathetic enough to lose to anyone.”
But if Rove doesn’t, fine. Times like these teach us who many of the Ruling Class members are.
It's leaving out information that I would have liked to have known. It was a non-answer by her.
“Frankly she could like to sacrifice innocent kitty cats to Satan and Id still gleefully support her against the likes of Castle and Coons.”
As a cat lover, I agree!
Hollywood fought against the distribution and promotion of The Passion. Hollywood did not fund The Passion. Mel Gibson did.
I believe that The Passion was the most successful “Indie” movie of all time.
There was a huge controversy about that movie at the time. And Christine did do a little more than “help”. I guess I used the wrong word, because I figured that everyone knew that she had an official, paid role in marketing or publicizing or promoting The Passion.
The profits went in large part to Mel Gibson, not Hollywood.
Her dating life, her marriage, her pregnancy, her baby. Young nonideolgical women eat that stuff up.
Rove and Krauthammer aren’t RINOs.
They’re neocons and there’s a real difference.
Ok, cool, I know a bit about NEPA.
Yeah! I'd rather have someone like Castle that has no problem stealing trillions from present and future generations. But hey, at least he knows how to handle money!!! [/sarc]
What we needed was a better GOP candidate to run against Castle — they would have won as well.
She won, she's what we have and it's time to support her, just like it's time to support any R against any D.
You can't possibly still be with the Murkowsi (SGM) ex GOP coaliton can you?
Dear GOP lady, for you to say that is reckless and shameful. How can you be in the corner of all these obviously low life, low character people (Murkowski, Castle)? Have they not shown you enough lack of integrity or loyalty? Did you like Scuzzafava (sp?) as well?

Perfect screen name for you.
Not a thing to do with conservatism; only interested in Republicans.
Actually, no: When the candidate is Conservative AND Republican, that seems to be a bit of a problem for you.
Thank you p.r.s.
So, GOOP_Lady: You are, in fact, an UberRINO. That explains a lot.
I want a GOOD and SUCCESSFUL conservative Republican candidate.
So sorry that I cannot reply to your post.
I’m an “agent” and I’ve been “outed.”
Finally. Something we can agree upon.
Some people here are just so childish and don’t think.
