The person who wrote this used to be at Slate and New Republic, and it's significant that O'Donnell impressed her.

I’ll say it.
Christine O’Donnell is a terrible candidate.
Her lack of experience does not warrant her to be elected to the United States Senate.
I can point to you a 30-year-old candidate who is now running for the United States House of Representatives who is overwhelmingly more qualified than she is.

If not, what’s your point?

If Christine wins, the IQ of that particular senate seat doubles.
So, yeah, her experience more than warrants her to be elected to "greatest deliberative body" in the world.

The voters apparently felt that she would represent them despite any lack of experience in DC machinations ...

Yes, I believe she is going to pull this thing out. Coons will go down to defeat.

Try actually watching the video, don't just mindlessly squall your Rovebot talking points for change.
This daily attempt to trash ODonnell by Rove and the GOP Establishment drones around here is really stupid tactics.
If she loses, EVERYONE in the Conservative base of the GOP is going to point at you Rovebots as who is to blame
If she wins, everyone is going to remember that you GOP Establishment drones, lead by Rove, did your best to sabotage her.
Rove and the GOP Establishment mouthpieces face either ostracism from the Conservative base of the GOP as traitors or ostracism from the Conservative base of the GOP as irrelevant, non-credible cretins.
So either way you Roveites here are creating a lose-lose position for yourselves.

An unqualified boob became a US Senator and President. It seems to me that anyone with conservative values, basically good character and common sense is overwhelmingly qualified for major office compared to our current president.

Mute point. She won the primary. She runs. It is up to DE to decide. She will get better. I guess you feel the same about Angle.
