The kids were putting condoms on the head of his daughter who has cerebral palsy.
At what point can people finally stand up?
This guy should not spend a single day in jail.
It would have been far better to just drop from the sky on them, deliver his load of whoop ass, tell them who he was and that next time it would be even worse, and then disappear.

Good for him. It’s time we fought back.
I’ll get the popcorn.
I agree. Schools seem incapable of dealing with bullies. I support any parent who steps in and puts a stop to it.
I’ll sit on his jury.
Bump !
Sorry, I have to go against what the father did. There had to be other options.
Hmmm... I wholeheartedly agree, but the fact remains that some bloodlusting lawyer is going to jump on this in a New York minute.
This further buttresses my intent to homeschool.
America -- a great idea, didn't last.
He shouldn’t suffer any penalty at all. This is what people are supposed to do.
He probably won’t do jail time, but he probably will have to plead out to a misdemeanor. The sad thing is, if you put some jerk “in fear of his life” you have committed assault in most states. It will be a little worse because it was an adult confronting “children”.
My dad wouldn’t have done this. He’d have gone to their houses and confronted their fathers. Or whatever they called father.
This guy’s going to get in trouble for threatening children. But, that said, I hope he made them crap their pants.
The older I get the more I’ve learned that everything worth knowing in life has come from two places, the Bible and Cowboys.
Charley: “Well you may not know this, but there’s things that gnaw on a man worse than dying.” From the movie ‘Open Range’
“I wont be wronged..I won’t be insulted, and I won’t be laid a hand on. I don’t do these things to other people, and I require the same from them.”
John Bernard Brooks (speaking)
From the Movie
The Shootist
1. Live each day with courage.
2. Take pride in your work.
3. Always finish what you start.
4. Do what has to be done,
5. Be tough but fair.
6. When you make a promise keep it.
7. Ride for the brand.
8. Talk less say more.
9. Remember somethings aren’t for sale.
10. Know where to draw the line.
From the book ‘Cowboy Ethics’ by James P. Owen
I didn't even know what a condom was when I was 11. Isn't public education wonderful! The kids know so much more than us geezers did.

There is a right and wrong way to protect children. This way is wrong...(but we can still understand what the father was feeling, and why he acted the way he did)
Not guilty.
The school won’t do anything about the bullies because they fear a lawsuit.
This is just like the FBI telling the woman to fend for herself because the Islamists are after her.
Both entities are spineless and worthless. Government could save a lot of money getting rid of both.
For three years I have stepped up on to the bottom stair and watched my son board the bus and sit down. Now I have two sons on the bus and the driver and the director are both claiming it's a felony. The director says that the law's been in effect for five years. We have a new company managing the buses. Before it was run by the school system although they retained all the drivers. We used to have a different driver - this guy is new to us.
I requested the law but it's been two weeks and she claims that she has people working on getting it to me.
Of course, just like always, the school did nothing to stop the little punks. All it would have taken was for them to be kicked off the bus and things wouldn’t have escalated. That bus driver should have been fired for letting them behave that way on his bus. My money is on the bus driver being a coach and that’s why nothing will ever be done to him. Short of death threats, I’d have been on that bus just like that dad. While you can’t threaten kids, he did right.
I’ll send money for his defense.
Obviously another messed up public school
