Doesn’t matter. If the voters overturn it, a federal court will declare the referendum unconstitutional.

It is high times we were rid of pollution of bad environmental laws.

What's wrong with this picture?

The only thing coming out of those well engineered stacks is carbon dioxide, nitrogen and water vapor, yet the NY Slimes makes it a poster for pollution. Even the file name is loaded. (http://graphics8.nytimes.com/images/2010/09/17/us/JP-POLLUTE/JP-POLLUTE-popup.jpg)

The New York Times is a waste of perfectly good paper pulp.

Our uber-elite satanic overlords know they are wrong, this is a last ditch attempt to save the dead horse.

Notice it's now called 'solutions" , that way when nothing happens, they'll say "see, we saved everybody from Glowball warmin'!

"...for potentially costly environmental measures during tough economic times."

The article starts out by lying through omission.

It has already been established that the legislation is a job killer and is driving businesses out of the state due to the cost of compliance.

This is only a "suspension" to the original bill until such time as the CA economy "is better able to support the cost of implementation", whatever the hell that means. I suppose it's by "decree" from some political hack to make that determination as I've yet to see or hear any figure that represents/indicates when the CA "economy is healthy".

But what really galls me is that none of these articles ever want to tell the real truth. The entire premise was built upon falsified data by a CARB hack who paid for an on-line degree from a "university" in Israel operated by a convicted pedophile.

Even after he (the CARB hack) was exposed, CARB still insisted on implementation of the draconian regulations and only "demoted" him vs. firing and incarcerating his sorry ass.

Of the main advertising points to not pass prop 23 is the evil out of state oil money. Nothing about what it will do in California.
