What's wrong with this picture?

Years ago, while watching the made for TV movie CENTINNEAL several scenes showed “pollution” coming out of a power plant into Colorado’s beautiful skies.
The “pollution” was water vapor from a series of water cooling towers.
Yes, and don’t you love it when water vapor rising from power plant cooling towers is also called “pollution”?
