They don't even call them 'food stamps' anymore, because they aren't even stamps (or even paper coupons).
They are Electronic Benefit Cards (basically ATM cards).
The program is called S.N.A.P, and Obama's gang adverstises that applying for it is "a snap!"

It appears Tea Party GOP conservatives will sweep the House and very possibly the Senate in November. Impeachment proceedings better be top priority for a clean slate.
