Clinton Lays Groundwork for PA as Necessary for ‘Jewish State’

U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton Wednesday morning laid the groundwork for arguing that Israel needs a new Arab state in order to remain “democratic and Jewish.”

Speaking with President Shimon Peres in Jerusalem at the opening of the second straight day of talks between Israel and PA leaders, Clinton stated, “The status quo is unsustainable” even if it can last for another 30 years. “The only path to ensure Israel’s future as a secure democratic and Jewish state“ is an Arab state, headed by the Palestinian Authority, “alongside” Israel.

The 2 state solution was tried in 1948 and the a-rabs decided to reject it. We all know such a "solution" will never work, and simply helps to lay the groundwork for the destruction of the Jewish State.

Americans who will not support Israel will pay a very steep price. This might mean we all gravely suffer because of their stupidity and hatred for God's people, but at least not for eternity!

Tell the arabs to let them assimilate, Jerusalem is not for Islam, and Israel should not give an inch, its like when Uh bummere tal;ks about the rich tax break, he formed the debt, let the government cut its budget w/o any raising of taxes, let Palestine be formed in Eqypt and other arab countries, Israel is not theirs, not 1 piece of it..

I am intrigued by the use of the term “Jewish state”

That is a new twist and one which seems doomed to force the talks to fail.

I think HRC may be steering the talks toward collapse so she can strike a contrast point with Obama who almost certainly objects to a “Jewish state” in the Middle East.

I think I hear a 2012 challenge here.

The little-known map below is the Jewish National Homeland, established in 1922 by League of Nations as the British Mandate, before they did roughly what Hillary suggests and took most of the Jewish land to form a new Arab State (Trans-Jordan).

Israel should never give up an inch. Everyone would forget about it immediately, and the Left would then demand that Israel give even more Jewish land to the arabs.
