Prediction: GOP comes crawlin' back to O'Donnell as her Campaign Money just keeps Pouring in ...
Posted on 09/15/2010 8:47:28 AM PDT by Scythian
Okay, for the first time in a long time I'm excited about our future, even donated to O'Donnell's campaign as I know many of you have.
See http://www.christine2010.com/
She is now at 93% of her stated 200k goal, and just hours ago it was 60%, the money is pouring in from American's all over the country.
The GOP fat cats are no doubt curled up in the fetal position refreshing that page above and thinking, uh oh ...
My prediction is you will see them recant on everything they said as she is showing she has what it takes, and the American people are sick of things.
My advice to Christine, when the GOP comes crawling back through the supplicants door, tell them to hit the road, you don't need them, we don't need them, they are only crawling back because of power, their power, which they want to maintain. They will certainly not help you because you want to bring back conservative values.
By the end of the Week, maybe even the end of Today, they will try to make nice, mark my words, and they will do so only to try to manipulate and save thier own power.

Christine hits 100% of her stated 200k goal. Donations keep pouring in, new goal set at 350k, she is at 58% of that goal now. Go Christine, strike fear in their hearts.
Also, Thank you Sarah for the role you and many others played in this as well.

"Prediction: GOP comes crawlin' back to O'Donnell as her Campaign Money just keeps Pouring in ..." Well somebody needs to tell Karl Rove to quit his sour grapes routine NOW!!!
I just saw him on Fox, and if you just read the words, they would read EXACTLY like a Ploofe and Axelrod anti-Christine rant FOR ABOUT 3 MINUTES with about 15 seconds of rebuttal interruption, along with at least FIVE NEW ALLEGATIONS that I have never heard of.
IMHO, Karl and the boys had all this "research" "in-the-can" so to speak, but didn't think it was going to be needed until it was too late.
Rove NOW bringing up all his "ace-in-the-Castle-hole" anti-Christine (including NEW stuff along with anti-Christine newspaper headlines to hold up in front of the camera) garbage he had in reserve, now that she has beaten Karl's hand picked boy, is beyond petty and has moved to totally vindictive against Christine and the Tea Party movement.
IMHO, Karl has "got ta go"!

Republican Party Shaddow Leadership in Exile
At various times during world history, nations have been invaded, their territory taken over by a foreign power. One might think of France during World War II.
At the present time, the Republican Party in the United States has been invaded by Democrats, and is therefore not representing it's core consituency.
Candidates run for office to represent Conservatism, something that is supposed to be the core of our party. Then what happens?
When John McCain ran for the nomination to represent the RP in 2010, the rank and file tried to replace him. J. D. Hayworth was the go-to guy.
This set up a situation where the rank and file had to battle the party elites. Sarah Palin and a number of national level Republican office holders came to McCain's defense, endorsing him. J. D. was trashed in the process. Who holding a party office actually gave a damn about Conservatism? Who came out to endorse Hayworth? Nobody!
Look folks, none of us are sending a dime to the Republican party these days. People like Palin go out and stump for the party, and infuse money into it, but if you're a Conservative, you're not donating.
Yesterday O'Donnell won the nomination to represent the good people of Deleware. Then Carl Rove went on national television to talk about her negatives. Folks you don't do this if you truly want the person to be elected. You hand the opposition a huge playing card when you trash your own politicians. Rove actually did this.
When McCain won, the party said, "Well, we know you folks don't like him, but for the good of the cause, we need to make sure we become the majority. Back McCain."
Now O'Donnell wins, and that line of reasoning was tossed out the window. Rove goes on national televison and doesn't ask folks to support her so we can become the majority.
I submit it's time for an exile leadership of the Republican Party to be formed, in order for reasoned leadership to be publicly available to those who actually do support Conservatism.
Then I suggest we not only support that exile leadership, but do our damnedest to get that exile leadership installed in RNC central.
It's time for a grass roots revolt. The RNC doesn't speak for me. It hasn't for a long long time.
This has essentially already taken place. O'Donnell is getting funding from every quarter today. The RP isn't. The RNC is being bypassed by the rank and file.
I would like to see this made formal. We've all been thinking it. We've all be doing it. Why not develop a public entity that speaks for us for a change?
Then let's do our best to get that entity installed at the RNC.

Lets Start a TWITTER Campaign to REMOVE Michael Steele as RNC Chair ....
I too would like to see him gone like yesterday but Steele is going nowhere for now, not before this election cycle ends. I'd love to for Steele to be fired in a most humilating and public way along with his elitist scum bucket buddy RINO John Cornyn of Texas.

Probably already been posted here -- but you win the
Prognosticator Prize!NRSC Chair Cornyn Commits to Backing O'Donnell!
"Let there be no mistake: The National Republican Senatorial Committee - and I personally as the committee's chairman - strongly stand by all of our Republican nominees, including Christine O'Donnell in Delaware. "I reached out to Christine this morning, and as I have conveyed to all of our nominees, I offered her my personal congratulations and let her know that she has our support. This support includes a check for $42,000 - the maximum allowable donation that we have provided to all of our nominees..."
Congratulations on a good call!

John Cornyn has already come crawling back. He knows he's been a very naughty boy. I would guess that overnight some of his Texas constituents have made it very plain to him that he's been a bad, bad boy.

Donated and BTTT. I will only donate directly to the candidates. I can’t wait till I get another call from the RNC. I have told them before that I was reducing my donations to the National Republican Party. Now I will enjoy having them explain how they will earn another penny in the future. Latte loving swine.

Rove stepped in it and gets it. At least we know his true colors now!I don't know if O'Donnell can win. I will send her some money. But I do know this: the conservative base is rebuilding itself in the Republican Party. It may take a few years to complete the process. But it has started and will continue to build.
