Jim Vicevich gives us a couple of revealing clips from this morning’s Joe Scarborough show after Christine O’Donnell’s upset of Mike Castle in the Delaware Senate primary. Scarborough decides that the reason O’Donnell won was because her campaign used a Dunkin’ Donuts font on her signs, a remarkable observation from a man who can’t get the name on the signs right. He calls her “McDonald” twice in laying out his new political theory

I would imagine that getting her name wrong was purposeful. It serves as a way to minimize the person that is being discussed, as though she’s hardly worth remembering correctly.

Chris Coons is not a great candidate. And that’s not even including his less than telegenic looks.

MSNBCs ratings are paltry... how ‘bout we just IGNORE Jackass-Joe, and he will be even more irrelevant than he is.

Winning this race in Delaware now would destroy the Liberal GOP’s PR machine inside the party.

The "moderates" in the GOP have all crawled way out on the “She cannot win” limb. Now is the time to saw it off behind them. Do that and we destroy the RINOS credibility so baldly they will not be able to resurrect it for 2012.

Delaware is a small state. Enough money in O'Donnells coffers can do a whole lot of good there. Much more good then the millions being spent elsewhere like CA.

This is starting to look more and more like the late 1970s when Reagan's wingnuts took back the party from the Rockefeller Republicans.

He was a pure D asshole this morning. I have to say the others on panel were quiet and looked like they were watching a crazy man. I got the feeling they were wanting him to shut up. They are kind of getting, Joe is on another planet.

Two weeks from now when they get some decent polling data, the NRSC will support her ... she can win.
