Like thats a approbate cheer for a group of young girls let a lone a 6 year old (which has no business being a cheerleader in the first place)
did you read the article or are you just trolling
i read the article. i mentioned that someone needed to explain to mom that a ‘child’ needs a childhood.
a ‘teenage’ cheerleader is not a ‘child’ cheerleader.
No, she is not trying to force them to do anything. The girl's parents REQUESTED the group to remove that one cheer from the cheerleading team program. The group then voted to keep the cheer, and also voted to expel the girl because the girl's parents had the audacity to question a cheer they considered to be inappropriately risque for 6 y/o girls. When the group took this vindictive and hateful action against their child, the parents let the media know about it.
Or, "Die, you gravy-sucking pigs."
So your idea of democracy in action is if one person brings a concern to the group and asks the group to change something, the proper response is to simply kick the person out of the group?
true a 6 year old has no business being a cheerleader
and the coach is a idiot
idiots should be granted quarter, because they are idiots.
in this case, the parents and the school that permitted this situation are the idiots deserving of no quarter; none will be necessary.
this is a minor issue of no importance.
idiots rule... for now.
Do you honestly think the team tossed her out for asking a question? Have you encountered such a group? Now I have seen parents become rude and obnoxious when they don’t get their way. And my club asked them to please leave.
Or must all clubs be at the mercy of the most obnoxious parent?
Personally I think kindergarten is a bit young for cheerleading. I wouldn’t encourage my granddaughters to be cheerleaders, especially at 6 years of age. I admire the team for having a backbone.... At least they took a stand, which is far more than we get from our congressmen.
Were you there? How do you know what you stated? Does that seem plausible to you? It sounds about as far from the truth as I can imagine. Ever coached Little League? Ever watched parents and how they treat a coach at the game when they think Little Jonny didn't get enough turns at bat? Are they generally polite or are some of them jerks? THE TEAM UNAMINOUSLY VOTED THEM OFF THE TEAM. Coincidence?
And I don't even have kids.
Granted, I wouldn't have liked the cheer either, but what are you teaching a 6 year old in the first place, being on a cheerleading team?
If this ISN'T your goal for your little girl
Then why start her on that road at 6?
If a young girl becomes comfortable dancing in front of men like this
How much of a leap would it be for her to "dance" in front of men like this?
At six, this is like the schools having their own little beauty contestants. I agree....it’s just wrong...And they’re cheering who??
Or dress in a little outfit with a little short skirt and shake her body all over the place and even show off her matching panties sometimes. AGE 6.....geez mom....why not post her pic on the web...
Leave it to the sick freaks to make a six year old child into the scapegoats.
