That pretty much sums it up and that’s where us silly fools made our decision.
Because the “crimes” of Christine O’Donnell pale compared to Mike Castle’s constant spitting in our face.
Not to mention, if I may, that we are not privy to Mike Castle’s sins and moments of error as he’s surrounded by a team of flackies that guard him like he’s the Hope diamond.
And Karl Rove gets on TV the night of this victory and goes on about this and not one word about Castle’s stupidity.
Rove said that ?
Jeeze .. and that statement he made sounds like
a threat .. like the gauntlet has been thrown
down.
Don’t you dare, Karl !!!
The people .. remember ? The American people!!!
So now .. I bet the ‘extremist’ tag grows and
gets deafening on the TPs and true small govt
conservatives.
Pffft!!
Yes, just listened to her speak in Kansas City, MO last night and she mentioned that she was off to Oklahoma.
So now you not only attack the only conservative in the race, you are attacking the official Republican candidate for US Senator. So since you attack both conservatives and Republicans, what excuse do you have for being allowed to remain on FR?
Why don’t you two just go away, because if you are in fact conservatives, you aren’t adding anything whatsoever to the discussion. All you are doing is trying to rain on our victory parade.
Even if it’s as hopeless in the general as you two say it is, it doesn’t matter. We are where we are now, and grousing over it isn’t going to change a thing. If you don’t have something positive to say, why not just shut up and do us all a favor? After all, this is a primary election thread, and we should all be coming together to celebrate and support the nominees! Isn’t that what a true conservative would do, even if they personally thought we were going to lose in November? Yeah, I think so.
The Capano that murdered Ann Marie Fahey?
Just heard on Fox that the National Republican Senatorial Committee has declared that they will not be supporting O'Donnell. I will never donate to the GOP again. Just to the candidates.......Grrrrrr.........
:}
2010! That's when. Right here, right now, so BIG you can't tell your in a forest because all these trees are blocking the view.
This isn't 1994. This is UNPRECEDENTED. 100+ swing in the congress. Not 30 seats, not 50 seats, not 80 seats... 100+
And you are stuck in "politics 101" Freshman textbook course thinking. Or you really DO have some other agenda.
I will be CALLING THEM in the morning...see info below. Politely telling them to GET in and support her or FACE THE WRATH of Conservatives!!

The question is - will he do a happy dance, or will he be "concerned"?
Three counties: New Castle, Kent, and Sussex.
>>>Unfortunately winning a closed primary in a state like Delaware is vastly different than winning the general.<<<
You have NO IDEA how many Dems and Indys support O’Donnell!
Bunches have told me they wish we had open primary so they could vote for her - and that is NOT people trying to upset the Repub apple-cart!
Sheesh, can’t you give it a rest for just one night?
Can’t you find just one morsel of graciousness in your tiny heart?
Jump on it like white on rice tomorrow but can’t you find it in you to allow joy to those who rightfully and fairly deserve it?
Maybe this bad sportsmanship is why your guy lost.
Greta tells her that she's mentioned in Meghan's book and ask if she's seen it?
Bristol says, “No,” adding that she doesn't keep track of Meghan McCain.
HAR! WHACK!
Bush was never popular in the NE. That’s something to consider when determining how blue a state is.
Cowboy hats do not go over well up here. That includes Delaware. Maybe it worked for Reagan because it was fresh, perhaps.
A stylish, likeable conservative can win in the NE. Especially when people don’t like what the opposition is doing. There are a lot of light, as opposed to hard core, liberals or moderates, for whom style is important. The young are not wedded to Obama, they just preferred him to McCain on style points. War Hero doesn’t mean as much to 25 year olds as it does to an older set. Obama was just cooler than McCain. I had trouble back in 2008 actually arguing the issues with Obama supporters. But they were certain that Obama was the superior candidate.
He will put his finger in the wind and see what his callers say... they pay the advertisers and that pays him. Sadly, I wish he had conviction.
You are not very bright are you?
Because the flow of history seems unreadable to you, it might be best to just go away and limit the damage to your reputation.
If you insist on being an idiot (it is your right) at least limit the number of posts that will be remembered - you find yourself on the cusp of events and you seem to be a little slow in the comprehension department.
HUCK
And in picking Castle, would also have sent a message that Castle's position was agreeable. A sort of "compound losing."
