If you call a burglar alarm dealer in California for a GSM alarm system, you will find out that you will have to obtain the burglar`s permission to record his voice if he says anything while he burgles your house. -
California law- cannot broadcast voice recording via GSM without subject`s permission
- cannot record voice without subject`s permission-
Ergo- voice recognition app`s cannot be used in court to prove someone burgled your house-
California moonbats at work using taxes for idiotic applications.
I guess because he is robbing your house, he has the expectation of privacy...
What if someone breaks into your house and burns a Koran?
So post signs (in both English and Spanish) that state “OFFICIAL NOTICE: Entry onto these premises conveys permission for video and audio recording of entrant’s voice and image, and further conveys permission to use such records for identification purposes. If you do not grant such permission, you are not allowed entry onto these premises.” By continuing to enter upon receiving such notification, the burglar gives consent. Problem solved.

The only alarm we have is a high-drive black german shepherd who sleeps in the living room at night. .. and two outside alert border collies. Good luck to anyone trying to sneak in or around this place.
