I just had this conversation with my cardiologist 2 weeks ago. He said all diet pills are just variations of methamphetamines ... not so good.
Without knowing how competently the studies were conducted, little can be conclude. Is it possible that simply successfully dieting carries the same risks?
Diet, weight, exercise, it's all so difficult to balance. If their were a perfect diet that really worked and didn't cause health or energy issues, I suspect a real lot of people would follow it.
