Is it just me or have there been a lot of reports of “suspicious activity” on flights between Amsterdam and the U.S. lately? Maybe their dry runs told them that the Dutch airport security is a weak point?

I flew through there today. There was an announcement that baggage claim 7, 8, & 9 were closed for passenger safety. I thought it was odd at the time: now it makes sense.

“Alleged Detroit ‘underwear bomber’ fires his lawyers”
By Joe Szczesny and Randal Yakey (AFP) – 2 hours ago

SNIPPET: “DETROIT — The young Nigerian who allegedly tried to blow up a US airliner over Detroit on Christmas Day, 2009, fired his lawyers on Monday saying they would be biased and opted to represent himself.

Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, 23, was arrested on December 25, 2009 after an aborted attempt to ignite explosives hidden in his underwear as his flight from Amsterdam came in to land in Detroit, Michigan.”

“’Suspicious activity’ reported on flight to MSP”
Last update: September 13, 2010 - 7:33 PM

SNIPPET: “McCabe would not go into detail about what comprised the “suspicious” activity.

Patrick Hogan, Metropolitan Airports Commission spokesman, said that “federal agents interviewed some individuals on the plane.”

Also Monday, the airport’s baggage claim area was briefly evacuated after three bags were left unattended. The bags were found to be harmless.”

This is nothing new.
When NW was still in business and KLM partnered with them, KLM had a direct flight between Amsterdam and Memphis.
I flew it about once or twice a year.

About 8 or 9 years ago, I was on the flight from AMS.
There were four Muzies a few rows behind me, and across the aisle was a young child, turning around and making faces at them.
One of the Muzies wrote on a piece of cardboard “BOOMB”
in big letters and waved it at the kid.

As the plane landed, we were all told to stay in our seats...”US marshals will be boarding the plane”.
Four or five really big and mean looking guys came down the aisles and rounded up the Muzies.
They were detained until the next day.
It made a big story in the paper.

“Area of airport evacuated after luggage left unattended”

Updated: 9/13/2010 5:26:31 PM

SNIPPET: “MINNEAPOLIS — A portion of the baggage claim area at Terminal 1 at the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport was evacuated Monday afternoon for a brief time after three unattended bags were left on a luggage carousel.

An airport spokesperson said the bags were left by a female passenger who left the airport on another flight. The spokesperson said they will be pursuing charges against the woman.

The Bloomington Bomb Squad examined the bags and found nothing suspicious.”

“”Maybe their dry runs told them that the Dutch airport security is a weak point?””

Yep - and when they are met at this end, no problem. No evidence of suspicious activity. People are seeing/hearing things that aren’t there. Of course, the ones discounting such activity will not have to pay the price when the next attack happens on our soil.

All Mozlems know to taunt and agitate the 'system' so that we will grow fatigued and unattentive so that a more serious attack can occur. BTW, the agitators are the moderate Mozlems!

We just need to start shooting thes POS SOB's now.
