But there were some “complications” over the weekend and Rodrigues’ condition worsened, Reef said tonight.

Uh huh. He found out that the guy he hit just signed a big NFL contract, that's your "complication".

Ya mean he didn't do what CNN's Rick Sanchez did and leave the scene?

What a guy!

The accident wasn’t Brady’s fault so, he should pay? Yup we got some of that “I’m not responsible for my actions” crowd here.

Just write that big check, Tom.

The crash was perfect timing, Brady signed the dig contract later that day.

The injured man?s son, Ludgero Rodrigues, 21, of Brockton, was behind the wheel of the Mercury Villager minivan when it collided with Brady?s Audi S8 on Commonwealth Avenue.

Ludgero Rodrigues was cited for failing to stop for a red light. Reef said he is talking with the family about whether he will appeal the citation.

Reef also said it?s ?far too early to tell? whether the Rodrigues family will file a lawsuit.

That's pretty cold to consider suing your own son.

The other driver ran a red light, there were witnesses who told the police this at the scene, that driver has already been cited by the police....oh, and this:

Driver who collided with Tom Brady had long history of road violations

I am sick to death of people thinking they can have other people's money, because they "have more and I want it."

Brady should be suing them.

I'm not a Patriot's fan and in fact I can't stand New England. But in the only article, I read about this I thought it was determined that the accident was NOT Brady's fault. This guy has an absolutely horrible driving record with numerous serious violations. It's inconceivable that Brady should have to pay anything.

But I guess when you have money, and you have a legal system like we have, anything is possible.

Brady’s attorney can have any lawsuit tossed out in a NY minute, but will let it linger so he can maximize his fee he collects from Brady.
