The smoking may be normal but Boehner’s tan is just weird.

I'm so relieved! With Schieffer “not hearing” about so many events these days, I was worried he hadn't received his talking points from the White House.

Has he ever had an interview with Obama, King of Smoke, and if so has this question came up?

More worried about Boehner not performing his tasks as new Speaker than I am his smoking. For years he tied up the National Right to Work Act in cmte. All interested can read about his "performance" at nrtwc.org
Very, very disappointing...

I hope that, either, Mike Pence, or Michele Bachmann becomes the next Speaker of the House.

Didn't I read that the brilliant (/s) plan of attack this week, by the Dems, is to go after Boehner?
They can't gain ground on their own issues so they're going after one guy in hopes the nation won't vote R and put this guy in as majority leader.
This is the best the Dems can do? *snicker*

And what did Mr. Schieffer have to say about Mr. Obama’s smoking?
Hey look, it’s tough to make an argument for smoking, but if Mr. Boehner wants to do so, it’s his business, not Mr. Schieffer’s.

Bob Schieffer is interested in BOEHNER smoking??? LOL. Wow, pretty lame.
How about B.O., Bob? I’m pretty certain the kids of America aren’t saying, “Gee, John Boehner smokes—that must mean it is COOL.”

"
His own party's club won't let him light up, so House Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) has been sneaking over to the National Democratic Club to smoke. Ironic, and a tad scandalous -- considering Boehner sits on the board of the Capitol Hill Club, where Republican members of Congress do their boozing and schmoozing.
But the Capitol Hill Club, unlike the Democratic Club, never got an exemption to get around the District's new smoking ban. And Boehner and other members are no longer allowed to smoke in the House Speaker's Lobby, thanks to Nancy Pelosi's (D-Calif.) new rules. So what else is a Republican to do when he's jonesing for a smoke?
Boehner, who's hooked on Barclays, has popped into the Democratic Club -- a sad sack of a joint (compared to the tonier GOP club), which is frequented by union lobbyists -- on several occasions. Most recently on Wednesday night, when he was puffing and chatting with Democratic Reps. Allen Boyd (Fla.), Dennis Cardoza (Calif.) and Jim Costa (Calif.)."
