All true, but I wanted to refute the usual meme that somehow Judeochristianity is apolitical. At core it is definitely not.

The Reformation, the Renaissance, the Enlightenment, the Mayflower Compact, the Declaration of Independence, The Constitution of the United States, *ALL* of these can trace their origiins to the Bible of Judeo-Christianity.

Liberty of Conscience is one of the fundamental messages of the Bible. Whether you love God and accept the free gift of Salvation through Messiah is an act of Free Will.
Leviticus covered a limited period in time.
Jews living in non-Jewish countries have no wish to impose Mosaic Law on the societies in which they live.
Christianity as taught by Christ and as it has evolved over the years was decidedly apolitical.
