I'll never forget Katie Couric's comments after the second plane hit. She said, "This cold be the case of a rogue air traffic controller.".

So Katie apparently thought that if an ATC were to have told commercial pilots to fly at low altitude through Manhattan, low enough to hit buildings, two of them would follow those directions and do it? I sometimes wonder how a person so incredibly stupud can use a fork w/o putting out her eyes.

Sun comes up here in about 4 hours. Soon as that happens my American flag goes up.

On that day, Sept. 11th, 2001 I was home from work to take my son to a doctors appointment.

Once the reality set in that we were under attack and after the towers collapsed I took my flag up on my roof and mounted it right at the peak. Looking back on that moment I think I was still in shock when I did it, but I couldn't think of anything else to do at that moment.

Nine years later I can no longer go up on my roof due to physical limitations but I have a nice flagpole in front of my house that's flown a Gadsden flag every day since the day this muslim piece of shit we have for a "pResident" was "elected" but today the American flag flies high and proud.

Thanks to this archive, I watched these many years ago and I noted with interest that only Fox News would mention the T-word, “terrorism” before Bush, himself, uttered the word. Watch how easily the media tried to spin this into some horrible accident for almost an hour when it should have been obvious after the second plane hit that this could be no accident.

Just watched W’s speech to the JSOC from September 20, 2001 on CSPAN3.

Now that was a REAL President.

And to think of all those Dims, clapping like seals...including Dingy Harry, Chuck U. Schumer...Puff Daschle...Dick Gephardt...man, Rangel looked like he wished he were somewhere else...

I wasn’t political at the time...not yet a FReeper. But soon...

I hope I can catch it again, so I can record it.

I noted with interest that only Fox News would mention the T-word, “terrorism” before Bush, himself, uttered the word.

Fox News was also the first to proclaim "America is under attack" ... that happened within seconds of the second plane hitting the WTC.

I believe it was also Eric Zorn on Fox News who was the first to utter the name Osama Bin Laden stating "This has Osama Bin Laden's fingerprints all over it."

There was also someone here on FR that pegged it to OBL almost immediately after the first plane hit, but I forget who that was and I've since lost the bookmark to that post.

Anyone who can find it and re-post it here (if it's still available) would be doing this archive thread a great service.
