A 9/11 first responder's $350M suit against the developers, calls the Ground Zero mosque a "nuisance," "a terror risk" and "an assault." The strongly worded suit, was brought by a former volunteer firefighter from Westchester with the assistance of Freedom Watch. It charges developer Feisal Abdul Rauf and the Park 51 company's "interests are tied to terrorism," and "believers in radical Islam and its jihad against American interests." The suit, calls the proposed center "a monument to the jihadist’s victory over American ideals, [and] a desecration of the terrible sacrifice made by those innocents attacked."

If Rauf was serious about being a peacemaker, he would move the location. He isn’t and we all know that. The man just looks evil.

The key part of the lawsuit is the “discovery” phase.

The litigant can——if he aks the right questions——get all the details the mosquevites are trying to hide.

Oh yeah, a lawsuit is going to make these animals quake in their boots. See what the Koran says about Taqqiya and swearing an oath on the Bible in the infidel’s courts of law to tell the truth the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

It's all about Muslim triumphalism. Through the centuries, Muslims build mosques on sites to show the indigenous population they have been conqueured.

======================================

Clearly, when he gave his build-the-mosque speech (from the WH) Ohaha's articulated words and his voice inflections, were archly crafted. Ohaha knew full well that he was throwing a megaton bomb into the American culture......and he was not in the least concerned.

Ohaha knows full well that building the Ground Zero mosque is another version of "Triumphalism".....brough to you from another group of hyphenates bent on mischief. Latinos are itching for Reconquista. The mosquevites are looking to impose Sharia law on the US.

All of us are sick and tired of these foreign-born "hyphenates" sticking it to Americans. Americans know all the world wants to live like we do---even our poorest live handsomely compared to some of these backwater Third World hellholes. Now instead of blending into the US melting pot, the hyphenates want to radically change our culture---they want us to be like them.

That ain't gonna happen.

========================================

JUST SAYING This tidbit oughta get the Ground Zero Cordoba mosquevites' panties in a twist (/snix).
Spain's "Cordoba Mosque" was converted into a Roman Catholic Cathedral.

The Great Mosque of Córdoba, Spain, begun 786 by Muslims (who tookover St Vincent's RC Church). But in 1238, the Cordoba Mosque was converted into Roman Catholic cathedral. The Catholic Cathedral is known locally as La Mezquita —The Mosque.

Aerial view of the Great Mosque of Córdoba, Spain, begun 786, doubled in area in the 10th century to 585 x 410 feet, with 1,200 columns supporting horseshoe arches, patterned with colored marbles and other stones. Although it was converted into Córdoba's Roman Catholic cathedral in 1238, the building is known locally as La Mezquita —The Mosque. Hope he can subpoena the guys records.

He certainly can. That's why he included the terror support and nuisance allegations. Those allegations enable him to do full depositions and discovery of who's behind he mosque, how it's going to be financed, and what's actually going to go on on its premises. My view, earlier expressed here, is that it's the equivalent of a monument to the SS combined with a gas chamber technicians' training school, erected where Holocaust survivors reside.

Great. Someone is fighting back. I hope it gets turned into a class action suit and they all end up collecting big bucks from those smarmy GZ mosque developers.

There was a very ancient church on the site when the Muslims took over. When they tore it down and built their mosque, they were still in the process of subduing Northern Spain (although their defeat was to begin in the north and over centuries spread south).

When the Muslims conquered the northwestern city of Santiago de Compostela, they took the huge bells from the Cathedral of Santiago and made the Christian captives carry them the nearly 1,000 miles to Cordoba, where they were melted down to make the lamps for the mosque (since Muslims don’t use bells or music).
