The lawyer of an Iranian widow, Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani, who was sentenced to death by stoning for adultery, has claimed that she has been subjected to '99 lashes' for "spreading corruption and indecency" in Tabriz prison after a false picture was published by the Times newspaper on 28 August this year for which it has already apologised.
The unveiled photograph in question, published by the British tabloid Times, was reportedly not that of Sakineh, but of another woman of that country named Susan Hejrat, who lives in Sweden.

Seems like they were looking for ANY excuse to punish this woman. Barbaric.
It’s a form of sexual perversion with them
Between the woman haters, the suicide bombers and the homosexual pedophiles, what more do you need to know about these people?
“How can anybody condone this?”
They are not asking you to condone it.
They just do whatever they want, until someone stops them.
“The Iranian authorities are creating pressure on the media and on the international campaigners to stop focussing on her, failing which would lead to more trouble for Ashtiani, the paper reports.
Ashtiani has reportedly been denied access to phone calls and visits for the past two weeks, including her family and even her lawyer.(ANI)”
From link in OP. Disgusting.
They also hate dogs.
Prayers for this woman, and her loved ones, please, and all victims like her.
But we are supposed to respect Islam...
not a peep from MSNBC on this? Not, surprising...they’re targeting the real evil in this world...middle class taxpayers & seniors worried about their health care.
Whip the Swedish slut too!/sarcasm
Please, can we nuke Iran, now?
How do you respect something that wants you dead?? This 7th century hell on earth needs eradicated.
This will teach women to stay away from Islam.
Too bad for those already in it. The Times ought to be ashamed for printing lies and helping torture a woman.
You’ve got to love how liberals eat their own protected people.
Yeah, the Times ought to stick to publishing cartoons of Mohammed, particularly those that show his turban as a bomb with a fuse.
This is another form of holding hostages. Had the Times published a correct photo do you think the woman would have suffered any less?
I hate them so much because of the way that they abuse animals and women.

Doubt if she’ll live to be around for the stoning.
Can we photoshop the lead Imams of Iran in skimpy revealing clothing and let the problem take care of itself?
