The month of September 2005 was a very busy month for President Bush after Katrina came on land at the Gulf coast and damaged the area. We see President Bush and First Lady Laura visiting New Orleans and other affected areas in Louisiana and Mississippi to comfort the victims of the hurricane and bring aid
The country lost Chief Justice William Renquist who passed away on September 3, 2005
President Bush nominated Judge Roberts to become the next Chief Supreme Court Justice. On September 29th Justice Roberts was sworn in as the 20th? Supreme Court Chief Justice.
President Bush remembered 9/11 heroes at a Medal of Valor ceremony. He also met with several foreign leaders and addressed the Useless Nations
For the quote of the month I have chosen President Bushs Remarks which he gave at the National Day of Prayer and Remembrance Service on September 16, 2005
Thank you for the Pics!

Is this going to be an annual affair?
I really hope so!
Thank you so much for taking the time to repost the Rangers pics ... he’s a happy man today .. the Rangers won last night with a history-making hit!!!
Here’s the video of that interview on ABC. He demonstrates his abiding love for our awesome troops .. always. And REFUSES to depart from his resolve about not getting dragged back into political debate .. and ALWAYS with grace and humor, no matter the rude harrassment. Oh, I miss and love this man so much!

God love and bless him and always hold our precious troops in His loving care.
Thanks for the link. That reporter is an idiot if you ask me
You’re so welcome. Typical lib reporter childish behavior, really disrespectful. GWB should have been interviewed by someone from Fox News instead.
My pleasure. President Bush never ceases to amaze us, with his good heart and kindness. What a guy, just incredible!
YES! YES! YES!
Thanks Star! Appreciate it! :)
Wow! And they’ve all got their own special monogrammed golf bags .. woo hoo! Wouldn’t surprise me if “somebody” paid for those out of his own pocket. I sure don’t know .. but it wouldn’t surprise me. Fabulous day and memory for those great guys.
Aww .. those pics warm my heart and bring tears. The one holding the hand of the little guy .. sniff.
Thanks for all the great pictures of a REAL man! :)
