RINOs. Cute little critters. Too bad there's too damned many of them. Third party could remedy that!

Just what the demonkrats are praying for ... the Republicans eating their own! This is precisely why I have told the RNC that I will not donate to them, but will give my campaign contributions to the candidates of MY choice. The RNC seems to have a knack for choosing candidates who can't win ... from Dole on. We've got to break that 'gubmt' thinking that 'seniority' gets the brass ring irrespective of their competence.

Obviously the Delaware Republicans have not learned the lessons from 2006 and 2008 yet! Until the Republican party learns the real lessons, not their "interpretations" of those two elections, they will remain, quite simply, a minority party at best, and perhaps evaporate into history if their stubborn streak continues! In order to EVER become a ruling party again, you must become the ALTERNATIVE to the leftist controlled and operated Democrat machine!!

Maybe the cute little RINO’s are afraid because with our help there is the possibility of their impending extinction.

Damn sure hope so! They are really ticking me off.

RINOS only care about how large their share of the Loot will be if they get control. I would go for the T-Party. RINOS are useless in the long term. Just look at the Maine Twin RINOS.

She would make a very poor candidate in the General Election. Better a RINO in that seat with an R by his name than a needless defeat and a possibility of recapturing the Senate up in smoke.

From the comments:

"Mike Castle is a total jerk, creep, RINO nit wit. Makes Marxist Obama look good even. Why in the world would “left leaning” Hot Air wish to attack anyone who wants to take this Commie down? I haven’t read HotAir in months because they have turned into such an anti-Sarah – Obama ass kissing rag. So I come back to it today to find this garbage – and even folks who attack Mark Levin. Are you good people nuts? Do you want Castle in there to continue to destroy America? I wouldn’t care which conservative took this fool down – it could be Ronald McDonald for all I care. Just take him down. I am sorry to disturb HotAir readers who were busy writing checks to the Democratic Committee to elect more Commies ……………go back to your good work now folks, I’ve vented……….. Not possible. The only thing that would do is dilute any power conservatives may have and give added power to Dims. Dims love this kind of talk.

This same article was posted a couple of days ago. The problem here is that it isn't just as simple a matter as "evil RNC RINOs vs. white knights in shining armour Tea Party candidate." The sad fact is that what the Delaware GOP is saying about O'Donnell are essentially true. She HAS been...irregular...with her taxes (and hey sister, if I gotta pay 'em, then you do to), she did run her own business on her employer's time and then sued for "gender discrimination" when she was rightly fired for it, and she did make several easily disproven claims (i.e. falsehoods, i.e. lies) on the radio, and then tried to claim that the radiomen were "on Castle's payroll" when they called her on them. She is unstable and has ethical problems.

I realise the natural inclination is to assume that O'Donnell is pure as the driven snow and that these all just come from dirty tricks by the RINO-infested RNC - but that isn't the case.

AND, to top it off, she's going to get killed in the general election. Nominating her means Senator Coons in November - guaranteed.

"She's not a viable candidate for any office in the state of Delaware," state Republicann Party Chairman Tom Ross, who is backing Castle, said in a telephone interview. "She could not be elected dog catcher."

Fair Enough. Let us observe the "dog-catching credentials"
of RINOs like Castle, Ross, or Romney.

"But the details of the event are more than unseemly — they may, in fact, be illegal.
Massachusetts's animal cruelty laws specifically prohibit anyone
from carrying an animal "in or upon a vehicle, or otherwise, in an unnecessarily cruel
or inhuman manner or in a way and manner which might endanger the
animal carried thereon.
" An officer for the Massachusetts Society
for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals responded to a description of the situation
saying "it's definitely something I'd want to check out." The officer,
Nadia Branca, declined to give a definitive opinion on whether Romney broke the law
but did note that it's against state law to have a dog in an open bed of a pick-up truck,
and "if the dog was being carried in a way that endangers it, that would be illegal."

"Dog on Roof? What Was It Like for Romney's Pooch?
Scientists Say Dog Likely Experienced Wind-Whipped, Uncomfortable Trip
"Before beginning the drive, Mitt Romney put Seamus, the family's hulking Irish setter,
in a dog carrier and attached it to the station wagon's roof rack.
e'd built a windshield for the carrier, to make the ride more comfortable for the dog," read the article.
Jordan Kaplan, the owner of Petaholics, a dog walking service in New York City,
and a lifelong dog owner and dog lover, said Romney's actions were uncalled for.
....What Happens to a Dog on a Roof Traveling 50 MPH?"

"Romney's dog - This is a distinction Mitt Romney probably could do without, but he is surely
the first presidential candidate to be attacked for putting a dog with diarrhea
in a carrier and tying it to the top of a station wagon.
Romney's defense: Seamus liked it. "He scrambled up there every time we went on trips,"
the Republican said during a campaign stop in Pittsburgh. "He got in all by himself and enjoyed it."

"As the oldest son, Tagg Romney commandeered the way-back of the wagon,
keeping his eyes fixed out the rear window, where he glimpsed the first sign of trouble.
''Dad!'' he yelled. ''Gross!'' A brown liquid was dripping down the back window,
payback from an Irish setter who'd been riding on the roof in the wind for hours.
As the rest of the boys joined in the howls of disgust,
Romney coolly pulled off the highway and into a service station.
There, he borrowed a hose, washed down Seamus and the car,
then hopped back onto the highway."

"Story about dog on car roof comes back to bite Romney
Critics, jokesters make issue of tale
TIME.com's Swampland blog has been flooded with more than 200 comments
from readers complaining of animal cruelty"

Romney's bad behavior Exposed by Seamus

"Romney Loses Nomination Over Dog Abuse?
Romney was traveling that summer with his wife, five sons, and Seamus to his parent's cottage on Lake Huron.
But hours into the ride, Seamus apparently suffered diarrhea,
which ran down the back window of the car. Romney's sons, all under 13, howled in disgust.
Romney pulled off the road into a service station.
There, he borrowed a hose, washed down Seamus and the car, and they drove on to Ontario.
.....David Kravitz wrote on BlueMassGroup, a liberal blog.
"It also strikes me as classic Romney: it solves a problem efficiently,
in a business-like manner, and with no regard whatsoever
for the suffering that the solution may cause."

Castle voted for Cap & Trade!

All Congressmen who voted for Cap & Trade MUST BE REMOVED. They are either TRAITORS or simply too stupid to hold public office. (I think almost all of them are Traitors)

I don’t know enough about Castle or O’Donnell to have a direct opinion on either. However I would note Delaware overall is not a particularly conservative state. Just because somebody is endorsed by some Tea Party organization doesn’t mean they are electable.

I doubt the lesson of the win in Alaska is applicable in suburban yuppie/old money Delaware. The risk is whether instead the lesson of Nevada is applicable, where unpopular Harry Reid’s best chance of survival is his Tea party endorsed opponent. Maybe the people in Delaware are better positioned to decide that without name calling by us.

Btw, this business of calling everybody a RINO has really been run into the ground. Besides since in fact you are calling for a Third Party, doesn’t this make you the actual Republican in Name Only ?

The Republicans think we have to vote Republican because we are really mad at the Democrats. Therefore, they can run a liberal like Castle as a Republican because, after all, “no one else could win.”

They don’t seem to realize that we are just as mad at the Republican Party as we are at the Democrat Party. The Republican Party says we have to compromise in order to win. How has that worked for them so far? They keep doing the same stupid things and hoping for a different outcome.
