Hes either given up on re-election, or hes rigging it. Despite all his vacation and recreation time, I think the job involves way more work than he ever envisioned. I think he'll be quite happy to move on to the position of "senior statesman".

You done good! (and for the grammar police...You did real well!)
You did really well. (Sorry, couldn’t resist it.)
Not bad for a guy who speaks Latin.

Just 29% now say the U.S. is generally heading in the right direction That would be most of the RATs....BUT NOT ALL OF THEM! no, but it's most of the frothing at the mouth, rabid, psychopathic RATs. The kind that will vote for Hussein no matter WHAT he does.

Really, Dancing with the Stars is a classy show. A lot of celebs would kill to get on it. Bristol is getting on because of her mother, but so what?
It pays good, it’s not posing nude in Playboy and it will end up being positive.
Of course, Palin haters will be all over it, but they always find something.

Interesting that so many comments on a thread about Obama’s dismal numbers are about Palin.
Just shows you her power!

I think the first “star” booted out on “Dancing with the Stars” gets $250,000 or something like that.
The longer you stay, the more you’re paid. The winner gets $450,000 or thereabouts.
Either way, that’s good money.

I am very proud of her and can't wait to see her and Sarah in the audience. It will be fun.On the side I hope she continues with her nursing studies.

I agree with you on the vote rigging, and the revolt soon thereafter. We are not Iran.

What infuriates me is thinking about the condescending jackasses who were convinced that they were superior because they were supporting Obama in ‘08. They really were convinced that all those NOT voting for the Kenyan turkey were stupid redneck racists who were too dumb to be allowed near a voting booth. Most of those same people are disgusted with him now. There is no excuse for anyone being fooled that badly, they simply refused to see what was blatantly obvious.

Rasm has a liberal delibrate habit of posting O’s worst poll numbers on the weekend.
Perhaps because Obama polls worst just before the weekend. Over the weekend he polls better (conservatives tend to do something from Friday to Sunday, while libs don't) just in time for a Monday/Tuesday bump.

Is that all you can find to be peeved about? You ignored all the really disgusting examples of the decline of the English language.

My DH had a dream that the war in the Middle east had started. I think two nights ago. He had me turn on my computer and check. He said it was totally realistic. Well, that's spooky.
Maybe I should start a thread to see if anyone else dreamed of war in the Middle East two nights ago.

Robert Todd Lincoln turned out very well Secretary of War, Ambassador to Britain, business tycoon. One of the rare ones. Children of exceptional achievers often don't exhibit the same qualities of character and ambition as their parents.
Not that it never happens, but they're the exception to the rule.

Damascus is the oldest continuously settled city in the world. This prophecy has yet to be fulfilled. Perhaps this was your dream. Perhaps. Did you see that (poster) little jeremiah's DH had the same dream that I did? Spooky, eh?

Sadly Windflier, I agree with you. Don't be sad. The rebellion is a good thing. It's time is long overdue. I, for one, am very glad to be witnessing (and partaking in) its birth.
