I hope that the actual judges in that county are similar to the one in the film ("Used Cars")
And I hope that some of those troublesome feds come up before such a judge.

The following is an official statement by Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio regarding today’s lawsuit filed against his office by the U.S. Justice Department in Washington, D.C. for alleged refusal to turn over documents. It is followed by another statement from his Washington, D.C. attorney, Bob Driscoll.
“The Obama administration has filed three lawsuits against Arizona in the last few weeks ... one against a college district, one against the state of Arizona and now one against my office. Each lawsuit centers on something to do with alleged racial discrimination.
These actions make it abundantly clear that Arizona, including this Sheriff, IS Washington’s new whipping boy. Now it’s time to take the gloves off.
As for today’s lawsuit against my office: These people in Washington met with my attorneys only a few days ago. And in that meeting, Washington got our cooperation; they admitted they already have thousands of pages of the requested documents; and they were given access to interview my staff and get into my jails.
They smiled in our faces and then stabbed us in the back with this lawsuit. The Obama administration intended to sue us all along, no matter what we did to try to avert it. Washington isn’t playing fair and it’s time Americans everywhere wake up and see this administration for what it really is. Calculating, underhanded at times and certainly not looking out for the best interests of the legal citizens residing in this country. “

COUNSEL TO SHERIFF JOSEPH ARPAIO AND THE MARICOPA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
“Today’s lawsuit by the Department of Justice is part of a deliberate media strategy to “get tough” on Sheriff Arpaio and the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office and undermine immigration enforcement by a local Sheriff who is trying desperately to make up for this Administration’s own indifference to the topic.
The DOJ suit speaks loudly by what it does not say. It does not allege that Sheriff Arpaio or the MCSO have discriminated against anyone because the DOJ, after 18 months of soliciting allegations against Sheriff Arpaio, has come up empty. Even the purported basis for the suit, which alleges a lack of “cooperation,” is a sham. In fact, after meeting with the DOJ last week, just last Friday, on behalf of MCSO, I informed the DOJ that MCSO would cooperate with all reasonable document requests and would schedule tours of MCSO facilities and interviews with senior MCSO command staff. We were awaiting a response from DOJ, and this lawsuit is apparently it. Clearly DOJ is more interested filing its third lawsuit in as many weeks against Arizona defendants than in looking into the allegations that purportedly gave rise to its investigation. This lawsuit is nothing more than an attempt to obscure the fact that DOJ still has no case. Today’s suit over documents does not change that.”

Obviously, I one of the great unwashed because I’m not an attorney and possess all knowledge, but that seems kinda reasonable to me. Challenge the eligibility of the POTUS to prosecute (persecute) this sheriff and serve him with legal documents demanding HIS paperwork.
Something I am wondering. Is this sheriff popular enough in AZ that IF he refused to acknowledge the legal authority of DOJ to sue him, and refused to surrender.....to the point of armed resistance....would the people of AZ support him? What would the governor do? If AZ ARNG troops were “federalized” to use military force against the sheriff, would most of these ARNG soldiers do so or refuse?

The 2010 census run out of the white house is designed to reorganize America electorally, placing racial and ethnic minorities into discrete constituencies, so they can bring power to bear in Congress, along racial and ethnic lines. You bet Obama wants a race war, he would love it.His Utopia would be just a few months away.

When they went after Arizona they went after all of us in every state....I suspect they will pull all punches in the coming weeks, how long the people will restrain remains to be seen.

Sorry for my disjointed rant, but you get my point I hope. Obama's rallied the women, blacks, muslims, now the Hispanics.. The only thing "transparent" about Obama and the left are their TACTICS.
These are all very good questions, because our nation may well be in the early stages of a civil war. Historically speaking , similar questions were asked in 1864.
Obama means to create a similar devide if he can swing it, and perhaps your questions will wake people up to it. Civil war in 1865 was created by social conditions. Obama is trying to invoke civil war by engineering social ad economic conditions. I do not believe it will work for him. But it will likely get very rough in certain parts of our country, when our economic problems are combined with what Obama is trying to create in Arizona and all along the border.
Obama’s positioning now for another stimulus which will further erode this country...it seems he's pulling out all the stops to bring the US down...but in a very synchronized and deliberately planned way....and he isn't the one making those calls either!
You are correct the Republicans have to get at it and soon....there silence for the most part, though, tells me they are arming up for when it will count most....the hits have to go for the jugular and take these guys down in one full swoop....
Bo's vacations were not vacations as I see it....with all the security around him prying eyes and ears were stopped as would have been otherwise in Washington. We'll see this playing out now in the weeks ahead.
The reason all of this is happening is simple, Sheriff Joe actually does his job and that my friends is cutting directly into the profits of the Federal Government.
Fact 1 80-85% of ALL controlled substances come into the USA via the Mexican Border.
fact 2 Mexico Does not require and the US does not require people in Mexico to PROVE their Identity or the source of the money they deposit into a bank.
fact 3 All Federal Reserve notes and credits deposited into a Mexican Bank end up back in the hands of the Federal Reserve and the Federal Government after they take their cut (conversion fees).
fact 4 we have over 500,000 Government Agents in the US charged with facilitating the War on Controlled Substances.
If we were to actually close the border and really start arresting those in the country illegally, the War on Controlled Substances would be over, The Money Laundering Game would be Over, We would have to Fire at least 1 million Government employees. Our Prisons would empty out in a hurry, our streets might be safe again. Let’s not forget about the roughly 50 BILLION dollars a year the Federal Government confiscates from us every year to wage this War on Controlled Substances. I could go on and on but I think you get the point. WE NEED THE WAR ON DRUGS MORE THAN ANYTHING. Government’s very existence depends on it. If anyone has any doubts as to what i have written, just ask yourself How Many Businesses in Mexico have Annual Sales in excess of 20 Billion Dollars in CASH SALES in US Federal Reserve Notes?????

Only, in Waco, the compound leader did not completely have the moral high ground - not really. He was a sexual abuser of children; a fact that is undeniable.
Sheriff Joe's cause, on the other hand, is unimpeachable.
