Never thought in my lifetime I would ever see such happenings against our good nation and it’s people as we see coming out of our own Government!
When they went after Arizona they went after all of us in every state....I suspect they will pull all punches in the coming weeks, how long the people will restrain remains to be seen.

99% of this crap wouldn’t exist if the several levels government behaved like their respective Constitutions actually meant something.
As it is the “Constitutionality” of something is called into question only against things the government doesn’t support; a good example would be to look at how the Federal Government treats the Bill of Rights.
The Judiciary has ruled that a university receiving federal funding could not provide material support (a room for meetings) for a student-group [christian] which denied membership based on some discriminant [in this case homosexuals]. {First Amendment argument, IIRC.}
