Didn't the Ballmer police do this in "The Wire?"

About 8 years ago I read how many murders there were in 10 of our larger cities per year.
If I remember corecctly, these 10 cities did not include Memphis,TN, nor Indianapolis, nor Denver.
But adding up the total numbers in the 10 cities, it was far than all the years that were killed in Irah.
Now we have reported that over 4,000 of our military were killed for all the years we fought in Irah.
Can some give us the facts of how many murders have been committed in our cities in the past 9 years?

Statement: "Chicago Police Chief Criticized for 'Gang Summit'"
Response: Such a "Summit" implicitly recogizes a gang as a legitimate and equal entity with which one negotiates. Secondly, such a "summit" indicates fear on the part of once legitimate authorities; an inability to deal with gangs if you please.

This was a tactic used back in the 1950’s in several large eastern cities and matbe others as well.
Of course the gangs in that era, as bad as they were, seem more like fraternal clubs compared to the slimeball gangs of today.

Declare them all to be domestic terrorists (likewise the democrat party that supports them) and then issue an open letter of Marque on their worthless asses.

Well, let's hope it works out better than that big gang summit NYC tried a few years back...
