Last Friday, Crist was asked about his position on ObamaCare by CFLN-TV in Orlando. "I would have voted for it, but I think it can be done better, I really do," he said.

Enjoy your retirement, Charlie Crist. You are SO OVER after that statement. Nobody who has anything at all good to say about ObamaCare should get anywhere near DC. And he said that in FL, where seniors will get rationed care because the fed dollars will be spread thinner? What an idiot.

As best I could tell from a distance, Crist’s performance as governor was first rate until the last 18 months or so when he began to reposition himself as a friend of the Obama administration. Thinking Obama’s coattails could take him where the people who made him governor couldn’t, he lost the trust of all sides.

If he had remembered who brought him to the dance, this should have been a cake-walk. Excellent example of the consequences of disloyalty and personal hubris.
