Speaking of Target.... their new brand name Up & Up!. Yeah up and up is a good name for higher prices, less choices and having to use a magnifying glass to find the product you want.
They had a lousy ad company. All I see on all products is Up & Up.
Can you imagine all you see is Up & Up in the entire store.
“Stupid lib”?
No, you’re the liberal one here. Fire off offensive remarks right off the bat. A typical liberal response.
Conservation is neither liberal or conservative. There are much better uses of trees than making paper whether or not the trees are farmed. And much better material for making paper than from wood pulp.
But then again, maybe you never graduated elementary school.
Conserving liberal Sh*t likes yours is not conservative.
“Better use” — HA! The trees would not be grown except for the paper demand, idiot.
You know, it’s @ssholes like you that sometimes make me sorry I fought for this country.
Now, no matter what your worm riddled brain responds with, I’m done with you.
Here is a major paper producer’s contact information so you can ask them what they’d do with their trees if there was no demand for the paper:

What is your username on greenparty.org?
Very true.
We heat our home with it!
Too, no carbon footprint, since the trees that will heat our home a decade from now are growing from the carbon dioxide we generate.
Reminds me of the old, but BS, recycling symbol...
Don’t you mean “fought for” your pagan love god Gaia?
Name calling is uncalled for.
‘Specialized’ (whatever that means) farms could be used for growing food also.
Careful, we have some here that don’t take to kindly
to conservatism for any reason.
Being conservative must have something to do with being a liberal
or something.
Growing food, also? I guess those few hundred acres would make a significant contribution to the few hundred thousand our county already has in wheat, potatoes, asparagus, fruit, etc. If BC could make more money in food, that's what would be planted.
Or do you favor centralized government planning of crops?
I’m thinking more of private farms.
Haven’t seen those in years they were caned by Falstaff not to bad and the price was goodly too.
Ban newspapers!!! Dang things are always making a mess and employing the most degenerate people in society to write them. Ban newspapers - save the planet - for the chilren!!!!
Now for Plan B: Time to go judge shopping.
Talk about a bag.
As one who lives in California, I wouldn’t be too quick to give them credit for common sense yet. It was probably something else. Acid reflux, money, drugs, who knows? But common sense? Not so sure.
uncle rodger????
“How about punishing those who are not responsible enough?”
Context? Well, when you write a more contextual sentence I’ll be sure to keep it in context.
Enforcing “laws” has nothing to do with punishing people for failing to be “responsible” in the eyes of the state or feds. If you meant to say, “punishing those who violate the law”, I would respect your point, but that’s not what you said or meant.
News flash: Government was not created to infringe upon our personal freedom and liberty. We have the right to do what ever we wish to do with our plastic or paper bags. The government can just stay out of our lives.
Your liberal talking points are taken, and dismissed.
