Hopefully we’ll see Chris Christie cross the river and do some campaigning for her. I think he’d have the same effect as Palin did for Miller.

CHRISTIE FOR CHRISTI!

Delaware is a small state, where small money can make a big difference.

Delaware is not Mass. It’s not a state where only backstabbing RINOs can win. Neither is Maine. Mass might be that state.

Christine can win. If gets the nomination, Conservatives will be enthusiastic to vote for her. Add that to Christines overall likeability, and she easily could win.

I’m not in Delaware, but I’m paying some attention to this race, and it appears that the media is pretending that there’s no election taking place.

It’s worth it to try to get Christine in there. She’s clearly much more conservative than Castle is. She’s young, good looking, and polished on TV. Republicans should want to have her on their team, she could be put out front on occasion.

I will grant that conventional wisdom says that “moderates” have an easier time winning than conservatives. If this was true, it would be easier for Castle to beat Coons than for O’Donnell.

But I’m not sure that conventional wisdom is right. I’m not sure that “moderates” have a fixed political philosophy. Some do, others don’t. Some people just don’t care that much about politics, and if O’Donnell looks nice on tv, or comes across as likeable in some way, she will pick up “moderates”. Get conservatives on political philosophy, and “moderates” on likeablity, and/or maybe identity politics. Irish, catholic, female.

Castle has name recognition. O’Donnell lacks that to some extent, but would get it if she won the primary.

A Palin endorsement and a DeMint endorsement would be great.

It’s great to see Tea Party Express getting involved with a bunch of cash.

It looks like O’Donnell v Castle is finally getting big national attention. Needs to be bigger still.

Praise God!

Sarah Palin defeated both Murkowski’s that’s FANTASTIC!

Good luck to Mr. Miller, may he have much success standing for liberty, freedom and the REAL AMERICAN traditions as he battles against the forces who seek otherwise.

So there are what, 20k absentees?

Murkowski would need to gain 650 on 8000 votes remaining to trigger an auto recount. That’s 58.13 percent.

I’m glad to see she conceded now, but I think she conceded too soon.

According the State's official website, Miller has a 1630 vote lead...

I will still track this one -- just for the fun of it.

Murkowski would need to gain 650 on 8000 votes remaining to trigger an auto recount.

Well, given that she gained only 38 votes on the 11,960 ballots counted today, gaining 650 on the remaining 8,000 really seems far-fetched. And that number is only the number needed to START a recount. The likelihood of her getting enough votes to win is rapidly decreasing from slim to none.

No doubt, I’m just expressing my own personal opinion. It was a very close race by any measure. Concessions have a time and place, and it’s not rude to decline to concede to your opponent when it is this close.

[Let’s see if she endorses Miller when asked by the press.]

Sounds to me like she plans to make him beg for it. Oh well, her voters will get behind Miller when they hear what he is about with or without her endorsement.

Boy I was just reading what I wrote, and I made several big mistakes in the beginning. The biggest being that I meant “Un-Concede”.

It is good news that his lead has grown.

typo in previous posting:

Murkowski only 53719 votes, not 55719 votes

Miller really has increased his lead to 2,020 votes...
