Kenya? Sumatra? USSR? Many, many choices if his allegiances are taken into account.

I vote for Kenya ... where the dumb thing has already been designed and built

A presidential library? Sort of ironic for a man that can’t read without help.

No birth certificate should mean impeachment, not a library.

It should be a wing of a Federal penitentiary, based on the outcome of his impeachment.

Perhaps it could be built next to his brother's mud hut and his family home in Kenya??
Nice touch, no??

Never mind, "Where." What the hell does the Mombasa Moonbeam have to put "IN" a bloody library? There are no records.
His Occidental transcript? His Columbia School of General Studies transcript? His SATs. His LSATs? His Graduate Record Exams? His Bar Application? His Birth Certificate?
I should think a filing cabinet in the Bill Clinton Library basement would be more than adequate. It also should be kept locked.

It remains to be seen if he’ll even get a library...but I think the ground zero mosque would welcome him....just sayin’

Presidential librairies are generally located in a place with some significant connection to the former president’s life.
In this case Nairobi or Mecca would be excellent choices.
