What is USA Today?
Weird that story is datelined San Francisco when the corporate headquarters is in McLean, VA.
Is this the new model where they send out free-lancers who have to take their own pictures and TV footage?
They are not trusted or read. Where is the business case for clear lies and propaganda?
They are going to assign some radical reporters from national news to international news and move other radical reporters from international news over to national.

Deck chairs. Rearranging. Titanic.

This is part of a trend:
* Shorter paragraphs.
* Shorter attention spans.

How we're shrinking:
* 130 layoffs
* Fewer readers
* Less advertising revenue

“USA Today shaking up staff in ‘radical’ overhaul”
They must be laying off all the colorful piechart makers. Individual story writers will now have to make their own colorful piecharts.
Post #13: Brilliant!
A paper I used to read at the hotel before I got mobile internet.
“USA Today shaking up staff in ‘radical’ overhaul.”
