Maybe he could get a Czar job. Of what I do not know. Something 'character appropriate' like "Honey Bucket Czar".

Rubio started with this core message before the Tea Party movement even began, so I think he is the real deal. The only thing I don’t know is how much he’ll ‘evolve’ join the beltway crowd once he is there. By all signs, I think he will be a solid ally of DeMint to build a conservative coalition. If there is a core group of DeMint followers in the Senate, it will provide a real platform for principled conservative governance out of the Senate....something I have not witnessed in my lifetime.

"No, only GA does that for general elections (although I think LA is brinigng it back for 2012)." I was wondering that myself. Clearly Georgia does have run-off elections, but are they the only state that does that, or are there others besides LA?

I hear you! Both he and McCullough scared me with their original positions on Immigration and then their “what I really meant was....”.
I'll vote for Rubio and if he doesn't live up to his mantra, then he's a one term Senator for me.

I think the “Oct Surprise” in this race is Crist dropping out and endorsing Meeks, then in Jan 2012, announcing he is accepted a position in the Zero regime.

I believe that GA is the only state with run-offs in federal general elections (and only for Senate, not House, elections); LA will have run-offs for all elections starting in 2012.

Sadly, 30% is strong for such a miserable husk. Many Democrats in that 30% I would venture to say.

This is really reassuring news. Don’t know where that Quinnipiac poll came out with a big Crist lead about two or three weeks ago.

Rubio has some work to do.....the liberals are taking 51% total.

Meek: "I'm a liberal running against two conservatives. Rubio and Crist will split the conservative vote, and I'll win."
Rubio: "I'm a conservative running against two liberals. Meek and Crist will split the liberal vote, and I'll win."
Crist: "I'm confused."

Quinnipiac also had McCollum winning, and were off about 15 points for Meek.
