here’s how it works:
The list is in a Computer.
Which means one has to Access it.
That is called WORK.
It is easier to pick up the phone and call.
No answer, no entry.
I used to argue with these jerks, but it caused me stress and aggravation. No, I just charge the client for a missed lesson, and let them fight it out with their security company.
They are given minimum wage, a badge, a uniform, and sometimes a sidearm. Sometimes they are mentally challenged, or don’t even speak English. I will NOT argue with them anymore.(and they are ALL Obama voters!)

I can understand your frustration. I think you did the best thing. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the guards be notified. The guards are there for a purpose, owners pay extra for the service. So, the customer should pay for the missed appointment. Maybe it’ll be a lesson learned.
That tells me all I need to know! I simply do not waste my time arguing with idiots either. It's a shame our country has come to this! Very wise of you to ignore their stupidity!
The only way to go...trying to reason with unreasonable people is pointless.
