If the EPA passes this regulation, I recommend that we all dutifully comply and turn over all of our ammunition to the EPA as quickly as possible. Very quickly. As in 2600 FPS.

>>to ban all traditional ammunition under the Toxic Substance Control Act of 1976, a law in which Congress expressly exempted ammunition.
>
>If this is accurate, then it’s a non-issue. Any conflict between a regulation and a statute, the statute automatically wins. Any such rule would be DOA.

hm, you seem rather knowledgeable in this area. I’d like to ask the question “What is the distinction between ‘Statute’ and ‘Law’?”
You see, there’s a state statute in my state which prohibits firearms on campus (with the exception of inside personal vehicles), and yet there is also a section of the State constitution which reads a follows:
No law shall abridge the right of the citizen to keep and bear arms for security and defense, for lawful hunting and recreational use and for other lawful purposes, but nothing herein shall be held to permit the carrying of concealed weapons. No municipality or county shall regulate, in any way, an incident of the right to keep and bear arms.

When I bring it [this contradiction] up to officials I get the run-around; not to mention the deflection of “well, we don’t allow guns in courthouses either.” So it seems that if i am to resolve this I will have to violate the State Statute and challenge its Constitutionality in court as my defense.

"....it works"

What? Only in a revolver at close range. Read the disclaimer. Will not chamber in Match guns. Doesn't function in semi-autos. Not accurate beyond 50 yards. So, just what is it good for?

Frankly I think you’re putting way too much effort into this. You’re going to come to a point where youll be out flanked by laws and statutes. We didnt have a revolution b/c law was being violated...they were coming after the ammo and arms. Ours is a govt by the consent of the people. We can withdraw that consent at any time. Its ours to give or not. The govt is almost entirely inhabited by those who have no qualms about force us to consent. So, we must decide whether we’ll give up being free or not. Its not a question of trying to out maneuver their laws and what not. Its a far more serious game than that.

The Left has for years salivated over this as a way to circumvent the 2nd Amendment.

The mere existence of the EPA is unconstitutional since regulating the environment is not an enumerated power in Article 1 Section 8 of the Constitution! The EPA must be abolished!

I'd like to add MSHA to this as well!
