I usually look at what she is wearing and wonder what the heck is going on in her head. But this time I have to wonder what went on in the ‘designer’s’ head. I use the term ‘designer’ loosely. Gads! What a - a - a - —what DO you call that thing??
And MO would wear it?? I think she IS playing with us! That’s the First Lady folks! And I use that term loosely, too.
